Sorry for the misunderstanding. It's easy to overlook the "business" days when your shipping time is 14 business days. It did arrive near the end of that window. You might consider having trust pilot wait until after the 14 day window to send the request for review. It was sitting in my inbox quite a while before I received the case. The case is working great. My daughter handles it just fine. We plan to mainly use the strap in the car, so it is a little inconvenient to have the straps attach to the case with looping that will not be quick to implement. We might improvise with some hooks.

When ordering my case, I had options for shipping; USA or Overseas. I opted for USA, as it was a quicker delivery, but was immediately notified that it would have to be shipped from overseas, as it wasn't available in the US Warehouse. The agent immediately requested a refund, as shipping was less (go figure) and my order was processed. Unfortunately, the timeliness of receiving the order from Hong Kong wasn't as I had hoped, but nonetheless, when I contacted an agent I was given the tracking number so I could track the shipment. Because this case is for the 7th addition iPad, and is pink & purple, I suspect that there was a delay in manufacturing. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I received.

We are a home health business and ordered these cases for our iPads that will be used by our field staff. They arrived a day before promised and in excellent condition. It was a little difficult putting on the scratch resistant screen cover, the openings didn't line up exactly, but we were able to get them on and get the bubbles out with a little time and effort. The cases were a little difficult to get on, as we didn't have the opening in the back to slide them in, but the iPads obviously won't be popping out without a lot of help. :) Since we just got them, I can't tell you how long they will last or how they hold up, but I will let you know.

I am not the end user, I am the purchaser for 30 UATT Teams. The guy I gave them too stated that he liked them just fine and will work with the special ed students very well and will help reduce breakage.

The actual case is nice, but the screen protector is terrible. If this is for kids, they should sell a glass screen protector with the case to ensure proper protection of the screen.

I ordered my case, then I got an email saying it wasn’t in stock that it was going to take longer and I had paid for fast shipping. Ordered it October 3rd and today is October 18th... still not here.

I purchased the new IPad 7 for my son, and could not find a case for it anywhere! I searched online and came upon Pure Sense Cases. I was thrilled! This case is EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! It is exactly as pictured and fits perfectly. Thank you so much for helping a desperate mom, and FAST!

We liked it very much. One small issue with the Case is that it works perfectly horizontally with the stand but my granddaughter likes to hold it vertically, so it stands ok but not as well. But we definitely like it.

Only caveat to the product is that the new iPads with the swiping up function are not necessarily perfectly suited for this product as the swiping up doesn’t work half the time because of the thick edges
