Prompt delivery - exactly when promised. Could collect from their office if more convenient (which it was). Very helpful & friendly staff. Good after sales service.

I'm very happy about my Tascam DR-100. It's a marble.
Purelygadgets had a fantastic price for it and the shipping rate to Austria was at a great price.
The only backdraw is that the device was slightly chipped and the package wasn't so good, but I can live with that and I still give them the full points because of the delivery.

Very poor delivery times (don`t believe there stock levels) stupid confusing email system. Never had to wait over 2 weeks for delivery in all my online transactions.Nice and polite tele.coms but just not good enough,sorry.

I ordered an ipad2 and cover from PG and a few days after the order was told about a delay on the order relating to the cover.
I emailed with a suggestion on splitting the order so I could receive the ipad and set it up before the cover arrived.
I received a prompt response and a helpful attitude. I duly received the ipad and a few days later the cover.
All very painless.
Great customer service so sadly lacking in many other online companies.

Ordered mobile phone via Amazon. The delivery was faster than anticipated and it arrived safely and as described.

I won a Fuji camera on Sunday and received it yesterday (Wednesday) which was pretty fast. The problem was that until I asked them on Tuesday if it had been sent, they didn't tell me that it had. On Tuesday they provided full tracking info that even included a delivery time. They did not mark it as despatched on Ebay until Wednesday after I had received it.

The company ensured from when I ordered I was well informed of what was happening to my order. Their communication was fast, consistence and as a customer you feel someone is looking out after your order all you have to do is listen to the door bell from the delivery person.

The dispatch said 2 - 5 working days. On the 5th day i complained and the agent on customer services said it was on a urgent next day delivery. The next day the package still had not arrived. Then I was told that the package was damaged and a new stock had been located at Gatwick Airport. This would then be delivered next week now. Next day my package arrived but was missing a free USB Stick. I would like to say that although they were the cheapest I for my product. I do think delivery would need to be improved alot for me to buy off them again.

The website for Purely Gadgets states quite clearly that if it says a stock level then they have it in stock and you will receive the product quickly.

Looking at the status of the order it took them 3 days to process it.

That said, when the status changed to despatched it arrived the following morning.

Cheapest on the net in fact across stores as well. Fast delivery, was reluctant to buy but have put all that to bed very satisfied.

Saw this great portable speaker online. Thought I'd try and find one and Purelygadets had a good price. Delivered in a couple of days at a competative price.

Product is brand new and works really well. The base is amazing when stuck onto a solid surface and the battery life of 20 hours is excellent.

website says it has more than handful of lens filters in stock. Ordered it online and says I will receive it in a day or two. I receive it more than 2 weekends later. Very disappointed as I missed two opportunities to use them on my days out. If u r ordering from them, better dont expect to receive your purchases when they say they would.

Ordered the Garmin 76 GPS and it arrived within 48 hours which was great as we ordered it on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday....excellent price too, will definitely use again!

I ordered an Archos 70 from Purely Gadgets and it arrived quickly (within 48 hours) and was as described. The courier company they use emails on the day of delivery indicating when the package will be delivered to within 1 hour, which was a nice touch.

I purchased a spare NP BN1 battery for my Sony camera from Purelygadgets and cannot say enough about the level of service I received. I saw it was in stock on Sunday evening so I ordered it then and it arrived on Tuesday morning, the estimated delivery time was 3-5 working days and it was delivered in 2. The product was exactly as described and was well packaged. Thanks alot Purelygadges, I will definitely use again.

purchased a digital camera from them and never received invoice with order so emailed them asking why, they responded first saying they will send, didnt recive socontacted them yet again asking for it and they just ignored so hence i leave a poor rating unfortunately
