We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of gym equipment, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time. My first Gym visit
It was my first time at the gym with my husband. It was very busy but still clean and well kept. The showers were clean one problem the water didn't run for very long. Looking forward to trying one of the classes

Excellent experience after my free 3 days last week I knew I had to join,excellent training areas clean and tidy throughout and friendly staff,so better from my last gym which I have now cancelled looking forward to attending PureGym

I’ve been coming this gym for 10+…
I’ve been coming this gym for 10+ years, always look forward to going. However for the past couple of months now it’s been full of kids anytime of day you go. These are not interested in fitness, and making others feel very uncomfortable through making rude comments, vaping, and going on equipment that is already occupied, thinking they own the place. I think there should be a cut off point where 17 and younger are not able to go. I’m very disappointed how this gym is becoming.

The WiFi is terrible can never get no signal you pay to go the gym and can’t get important phone calls please can u look into getting a better WiFi signal

Very quick and easy and no pressure to have an induction. Great offers with the 1st month being half price and no joining fee. I love that you aren’t tied into a contract. I would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give Pure Gym a 5 Star…
I wish I could give Pure Gym a 5 Star as I do enjoy the gym. I just think they need more machines to target certain muscle groups. It’s always hard to find a staff member to ask for advice and I think they could do with a steam room, sauna or hot tub so you can relax after a hard session. But besides that I’m quite happy with the gym and think it’s better than my local JD gym.

We don't have pools/saunas/steam room etc. as standard in our gyms as our focus is on providing quality fitness equipment while keeping costs affordable for all members.
With regards to equipment we always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio.
If you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed. Thanks, PureGym

Easy to sign up, easy to access gym via the app - great gym, spacious & lots of equipment. Buddy feature easy to navigate also, wife now joins me once a week! Looking forward to my next visit already
