I was really impressed by the wide range of shirts available and the quality was fantastic.

Ordered a shirt last year no problem good timing and good quality, placed an order this year for home and away shirt £57 been waiting 6 weeks , very vague correspondence,tracking not found , sent over 8 emails asking for help or refund, still shirtless and no refund and tracking not changed for 6 weeks . First orders go through no problems but when you order more they just take your money and ignore you . BIG SCAM

Bought two shirt for my nephews, and both arrived exactly as ordered with their custom names and numbers. They were absolutely thrilled when they opened them.

Found a retro AC Milan shirt that I couldn't find anywhere else. The ordering process was straightforward, and the shirt arrived securely packaged.

Excellent customer service had a bit of trouble with my order at customs but communication was open and clear and got a new shirt sent out quickly, the shirt is perfect and the quality is top would highly recommend

I'm starting to think this site is a scam!!?
The whole experience has been extremely poor. There are no proper updates as to when the top I ordered will be arriving.
It's close to 3 weeks now and the 2 emails I received from their customer representative initially said my delivery would arrive by the end of the week. When this didn't happen, the next update said it will arrive next week.
They simply send vague updates . I am still waiting to get my delivery.
I will never use them again.
STAY AWAY for your own sanity.
You're better off ordering elsewhere.

I was initially unsure whether to order because I'd never used the company before. After receiving my shirt, those concerns disappeared. The quality was excellent, the printing was neat and professional, and the shirt looked exactly as advertised. Very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend pure Football kits to others.

I bought 2 shirts, and i have trying to contact them, without succes. I got my order number, and tried to track my order, but i can't find it. How is their support that bad? FIX IT!!

I ordered two football tops. Payment of £55.78 was taken from my credit card, I am still waiting for an order confirmation email, which I ordered the tops a week ago, still no order details have been given to me. I have sent 7 emails to support to find out why payment has been taken and still no order number or details have been given to me, but no reply to my emails. At the moment I am £55.78 out of pocket because I can’t track an order because I haven’t been given an order number

It has been 7days,when I order items for my grandson.still waiting, no update,or check tracking.

First order placed on 14/5. Websites states that processesing takes 5days, however this order took twice that time. I emailed on the 22/5 and on the 25/5. I finally got a response on the 31/1 with tracking details. Order finally arrives on the 8/6. The shirts were decent quality and I put lateness down to the busy world cup, so I placed another order.
This order was placed on the 9/6. The date is now 9/7 and no order! No tracking! I received an email on the 20/6 to say my order was on the way but had no tracking information. They since emailed to say the order had been delivered which it has not!! I continue to email but no response to my emails. They took my money, no shirt and no contact! Very disappointed and doubt i will use again. Believed this would be a good site to use to combat high shirt prices as I have 8 children, however not sure if I can trust with a larger order

I don't normally leave reviews, but i felt this one was deserved. The shirt quality was excellent and looked just like the pictures online. The ordering process was simple and there were no issues from start to finish. Very satisfied.

i ordered a top from this company i have yet to receive any tracking details after 2 weeks yet they say it is on its way, i tried to speak to online agent for over 2 hours but it kept timing out, every 5 mins i repeated the operation with the same result no agent available, i tried to send e mail from my own email account it will not send i am disgusted that they have failed to respond to email i sent from their contact us page they do not want to talk to me in any way or form, yet took my money from account very quick would never use this company again they are shocking no customer service impossible to contact very poor service

Got scammed. No tracking information, no order confirmation and the support just keeps telling me it’s in progress. Avoid!

I don’t think these guys are real. Ordered a jersey 15 days ago and still no tracking information or information about my order.
Emailed the so called 24/7 support, had a reply that is in progress but after 5 days still no update. Scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

First time ordering here and I’m very satisfied. The quality feels durable, the fit is comfortable, and the delivery time was reasonable.
