thank you for your recent order which we received on the evening of the 22nd February 2016. We dispatched this order the following morning to your address in Latvia, and later that same day we emailed you with a dispatch notification and the shipping information.
We received your email dated 24th February enquiring as to when your order would be dispatched, and replied later the same day to that email. We then received 2 further emails today asking the same question, followed by a notification that you had left this 1 star review. We replied to those emails earlier and included a screenshot showing our reply to your email the previous day.
I apologise that you feel you are not getting the service you expected. I am writing to you here because I am wondering if you are not receiving our emails. Perhaps they are being sent to your spam or junk folder? Please could you check?
As previously mentioned, we dispatched your order on the morning of the 23rd. As you live in Latvia, it will take 5 to 7 working days to arrive.
