A world leader in the design and manufacturing of high-end memorial products, Pulvis Art Urns is a unique mix of innovation, art and meticulousness in the quest for excellence. All of our urns for ashes, keepsake urns, pet memorials and memorial accessories are handmade in Europe and certified by the ISO standards. Fruit of constant artistic restlessness and dedicated customers service, Pulvis Art Urns is a brand that stands for a contemporary, stylish and exclusive memorial urn. Founded almost a decade ago, Pulvis has endured as the ultimate symbol of luxury ceramic urns. Today, the vision of the brand is to prolong the idea of the founders by creating superb handmade urns for ashes, reviving exciting and emotional designs, pushing the limits of the factory by creating unique memorials with its signature contrasts, carrying out major innovation projects, crafting a unique Pulvis world dedicated to the people, working with renowned artists to produce limited editions in various materials and to recreate its cultural heritage. Pulvis Art Urns continues to thrive as a truly timeless brand. In their desire to create a product that makes a difference, Pulvis Art Urns supports the concept of a group of artists, ceramists and sculptors, who design and create models, which are far more than just traditional urns for ashes. Back in 2016, Mihail, Aleksandar and Denis came up with the idea of designing a portfolio of memorial products that imply the feeling of experiencing art. After a thorough research on the funeral market and a long year of experimenting with clay, glazes and conceptual designs, Pulvis Art Urns was born. In 2017, Pulvis Art Urns introduced it's first handmade cremation urns, inspired by art, sculpting and religion. "The Christ", "The Holy Mother", "Wings" and "The Passage" were introduced on the market. A few months later a matching keepsakes were designed. After a year of intensive work, Pulvis Art Urns present their first iconic designs, most of which are client's first choice, when it comes to honoring the memory of a loved one. The particular resistance of the ceramic material in combination with unique glazes expand the creative resources of Pulvis artists. Thanks to the rich imagination of the renowned conceptual artist - Aleks and the incredibly talented ceramists - Mihail, we succeeded in growing from a small locally operated business to one of the largest ceramic urns manufacturers in Europe. -------------------- https://www.pulvisurns.com/

Dear Jon,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We did notify all our customers via email a week ago, right after UPS informed us about the shipment delays due to extreme weather conditions in Europe. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control, but we understand how upsetting it is to wait longer than expected.
We truly appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.
Timely arrival, very good quality
Arrived in time. Rush shipping did, in fact, arrive within the 3 days promised even from overseas. The urn was well wrapped and protected. Arrived damage free. Beautiful urn and would make my lovely wife proud. One day, this urn will bring happy and loving thoughts to overtake my immense sadness.

We had already made an incredibly hard…
We had already made an incredibly hard decision to put our kitty down, and then another hard decision picking out an urn for his ashes. After looking for what felt like forever, we decided on an urn from Pulvis. We ordered it and it shipped out quickly. It arrived within a few days. However, this is where the positives end. The urn was missing both of the plugs, rendering a fill from bottom urn useless. I had to email twice before I got a reply. After confirming with the customer service rep that both of the plugs were missing, I never heard anything from them. No apology, no confirmation that it was being resolved, no further communication. I then received a shipping notification. While they did send the plugs, better communication, and an actually complete order the first time would have been nice. Selecting an urn, whether for a person or pet is hard enough, let alone when the order comes missing parts.
I would hope that there is more care given when packing an order in the future.

Dear Allison,
First, let me say how deeply sorry I am for your loss. We understand how hard it is to make such difficult decisions during such a painful time, and we are truly grateful that you chose one of our urns to honor your beloved kitty.
I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing plugs and any lack of communication on our part. We strive to ensure every order is handled with care, but mistakes can happen, and it is disappointing to know that we fell short of your expectations. The missing plugs did arrive shortly after this review was written, but I completely understand your frustration in not receiving a more prompt reply or resolution at the time.
Please know that we take your feedback seriously, and we are always working to improve our processes and communication to avoid such issues in the future. Your experience matters to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
If there is anything more we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
Denis

It's a beautiful artistic looking piece for our sons ashes. I didn't want something that looked like an urn. It would be hard looking at us everyday. This is something that is as beautiful as my boy was.

Beautiful, but one suggestion
I love that the urn does not look like an urn. It is a really pretty piece. However I think the bottom seal should be made differently. If a person decides to spread some of the ashes later you cannot open it again. Or add a favorite pet's ashes, you cannot do it.

It took me a year and a half to find the perfect urn for my husband. It is beautiful, well made and I am so so thankful for your company. It was handled with care and the delivery driver was so cautious with it. I also got the name plaque and that is just as gorgeous. Again I am so grateful for your company and your beautiful craftsmanship.
