Phoned them up about 2 bloody bar 60k that was open that i sent pictures of . I day later , aboloutly northing . Bear in mind this was the fiirst time i had ever ordered fron them , unfortunately i never will in future .

Apologies we could not respond to your email sooner than 24hrs, as mentioned yesterday, The images shown of the order was very minimal and normal creases of the box ever so slightly, the actual vapes were still intact and sealed, but as mentioned on the email you are more than welcome to send back to us for a full refund,

Excellent value for money, good choice of products and the 10 vape juices for £2:50 is a must buy.
It was my first time ordering from Pukka Juice, but it definitely won’t be my last. They even gave me a free Elf-bar, which was totally unexpected. Quick delivery and soundly packed.
