We are very sorry that the order you have placed with us could not be processed due to the delivery destination. It has been hard for us to make the decision to discontinue offering shipping to countries such as Australia. Very Easy, As You’d Expect
Very easy ordering process, even though they don’t seem to use a ‘regular’ way when it comes to payment method. They use SagePay. It’s not a problem, but does make a buyer feel less confident I guess?
Didn’t receive tracking number but the order arrived in good time, in separate parcels. I love Prowler, so would recommend and would use again.

Good toys
Good toys, but the package it arrived in was already half opened so you could see what was inside.. and then the boxes the toys came in were incredibly dusty.. which makes me wonder what sort of condition they were left in before being sent. Luckily they work fine however
