Made appointment and payment on line. Arrived at the appointed time and they started straight away.
Had to wait a little on return at the desk, but understood they were staff down.

I was booked in for a 9:45 appointment. I arrived on time and asked how long the job would take and was told about 1hr. I said I would go and get something to eat. I returned 35mins later and my car was exactly where I had parked it. Eventually 1hr 25mins after my appointment time my car was taken into the workshop. They fitted my new tyres but I was informed that there would be another delay to do the alignment. The reception guy noted that I was been waiting a very long time and offered a free alignment if I came back another time. I made an appointment for this the next day. This was completed on time. In summary the technical work was very good but let down by an appointment schedule that is not fit for purpose. Despite the abysmal timekeeping, the reception guy kept me informed throughout.

Made a booking on line, arrived at the depot at the right time was greeted by the manager who informed me of the process and estimated time for the job to take. Job was completed quicker than expected and finished to a high standard. Pricing was very competitive, would highly recommend.

The Weymouth branch staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and informative.

I did book a slot for 2pm to 3 pm and they gave the car back at 3:30pm, creating difficulties on picking up my childreen from school.

Car was attended to exactly on time, and ready at the time promised. It was an air con re-charge, which was exceptional value for money. The staff we very polite and a relaxed atmosphere (& just ‘got on with it’). - this was my 3 rd visit to protyre (Bathwick), others for tyres. All done superbly well, and even checked for a puncture on a vehicle they hadn’t worked on, - checked for a leak, didn’t find one, didn’t charge me!
