Very professional and polite. I was only there for a small last minute AC regas (they got me in within the next hour) but I felt like a valued customer. They gave plenty of information in a way that's was understandable and informative. I felt like I could trust the advice given and will return next time I need something. The team at Burgess road are definitely a credit to Protyre Autocare

Excellent work done at this Garage. Had a MOT and service and was very happy with the politeness of the staff. Even went the extra mile to help me save money.

I booked my car in for a silver service and received a call to say they would advise my front tyres need changing , that they could do same day . The same thing happened to my daughter and then my sonall at the same garage . I feel there is a need to ‘update’ all the time .
I’ve had my tyres checked at another garage who said that I should check again after 7500 miles .As you can see by my Mot history I only drive around 3000 miles per year .
I feel let down , as do my children, this kind of sales never use to happen at this garage. I probably won’t be returning.

Our Skoda Fabia was in for an MOT and was advised on bushes in front lower wishbones and rear drums getting thin. Although not an MOT fail Protyre said they could get all the work done by end of the day if we wanted to go ahead. Needing the car for a long journey the next say we gave them the go ahead. Car feels a lot more tight now around the corners, a lot less body roll, and the handbrake (rear drums) no longer sticks on if left overnight. Ok it cost a lot more, but there's never any bulls**t or pressure selling. Just nice guys doing their work.

Ordered 4 tyres, gave them 48 hours to relive and only 2 turned up. Awful service! Will not return.

Protyre have recently had my car for longer.than expected due to.having to wait for parts..they even got me a curtsey car which h was very nice and eventually i had my car back good as.new

The service provided by your Burgess Road , Southampton branch was exceptional. Very professional. Whilst in the waiting room, we could hear the staffs comments. Comments that put the customer first, the little things that mean so much.

Just a shame my car failed for a bit of tape over the wingmirror covering the flashing bit which took a minute to sort out and take back for the re test

They took my car in at short notice to regas my air con after the west Quay branch air con machine broke down.

Great service, thorough and care taken checking over my air conditioning and then re-charging. Yes it took a while but the care taken was worth the wait, thank you.

Don’t bother wasting your time phoning no one ever answers the phone it’s a joke must of phoned what 11 times waste of my time just drive there and book
