I can't praise these guys enough.
Got a puncture the day before I had my car booked in for an MOT.
MOT passed ,but they were so busy that day and went above & beyond to repair my puncture way passed closing time.Credit to the Steve(manager) and techs.

Excellent service as usual. MOT was done within the time frame.

Booked an appointment on line at 11.30 to have 2 tyres fitted arrived early as advised on line
Tyres were not fitted to my vehicle till 1300
Tyre fitting itself was excellent frustrated that had to wait 90 mins after booking timed appt

The staff are always friendly..knowledgeable and attentive. All procedures are carried out professionally and you are kept informed along the way. Prices are competitive too. Will continue to use and highly recommend:)

Delay but work amazing 🤩

Slightly negative experience. Booked an MOT for the 20th Feb (didn't book online as didn't want to pay in advance, however the price quoted online was a flat £44.95). Come to pay, the chap at the counter quotes me £44.95 (happy days), hands over invoice and only once I was home I noticed I'd also been charged an additional £4.99 environmental fee. I understand what an environmental fee is for, but I didn't expect it to apply to a standard MOT where no additional work is carried out, and bear in mind you don't pay this extra fee if you book and pay online. I did email customer services and have since had a call from Protyre saying that if take my payment card back into the branch they'll refund my card, but I'm not local so it's not convenient. I don't feel I should have been charged the environmental fee in the first instance.

bad garage service
placing my order with black circles was ok, but the the fitting garage experience was not the best. My booking was for 10 am i arrived at 9.45 am only to be to be told they changed my book time to 3pm which i did not even know about. Garage staff told me they rang a phone number which was not mine and left a massage about the change. This then messed up my day as I had other things to do. i went back to the garage at 3pm and had my tires fitted and left. when i reach home i had a warning message come up on the dashboard, I notice that the rear offside tyre was over inflated. the Tyre had 560kPa when it should have 260kPa. not happy with garage service

Great staff and very very good service.
And the last review should have also been 5 STAR but I must have pressed the wrong tap I'm very sorry for that.

Appointment was for a tracking check The car (Volvo V90 D4) is very low mileage with very little tyre wear, but we have the pothole plague to prey on our wheels and tyres. Outcome entirely satisfactory, and well-explained by the technician. As an ex-chauffeur I really appreciate the smooth vehicle I now have, with no deflection from road postion. Like new...

No upselling - instead the technician actually saved me money on my wheel alignment. Took the time to explain the readouts and service was great. Took care of the white interior of the car
