I went in for two new tyres and they were soon sorted and great tyres

I have possible suspension knock to the rear so booked in for free suspension check. No issues found. Advised by mechanic to go back for free brake check which showed no issues to the rear. Advice given was pu up with the knocking till it gets worse and will be easier to find. I came away as you may expect rather disappointed with advice and lack of interest. I then called back to get a quote for rear shock absorber left side and mount. I was told £500+ which I queried but was advised it depends on the shock that on now. Which is total rubbish. So I’ve had 3 interactions with protyre and guess what I still have a knocking suspension. Just really poor customer service and lack of interest to fix a genuine problem

Still waiting to be contacted by the area manager following a review I left following work that was completed 29/12/25. Have also re contacted someone called Eddie regarding this follow up.
Seems to be that either the area manager is extremely busy or this company just do not care!

The whole experience from beginning to end was great. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and honest.
I went in for free checks expecting possible issues and everything was fine with the car.
I imagine most garages would exaggerate issues but not protyre.
Very happy to return for any help or work needed in the future.

I booked an M.O.T with Protyre for the first time as I have always used Arnold Clark. Naturally I was a little wary going to someone new to me. From booking to the actual M.O.T I was worrying. As it goes after the M.O.T I received a call to say my car had failed on a couple of points. They explained what was wrong and told me how much it would cost to get my car passed. They asked me if I wanted them to carry out the jobs to be done and as it was only an extra £50.00 I said yes. Later that day I got a call to say the jobs were completed and my car had passed. As I work literally across the road from their garage I was able to collect my car after work which was so convenient unlike the people I have always used which involved 3 taxi journeys . I had questions to ask when I collected my car as I felt uneasy about the work carried out. I need not have felt that way as my questions were answered perfectly and honestly. The jobs were needed and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will definitely be using them from now on. Thankyou guys for making the change from what I knew to what I know now easy. Very happy customer. I will be back.

I made a booking for a Gold Service this was made paid and made online for Friday 09/01/26, however when I arrived the booking had not been received, despite providing confirmation (screenshot) the service could not be carried out on the date arranged. Simon was very apologetic and did try to confirm how and why this had occurred, although no reason could be provided an alternative date was agreed.
