Booked online for my car to have it's air con regassed, not a bad price but also have offers on with discounts which was a nice suprise, was very simple and easy to book, took my car to the garage on the day I booked for, and the men that I spoke to were all very friendly, explained everything to me, and it was all sorted fairly quickly, very pleased.

The staff at Matlock were very helpful given the fact that they had been supplied the wrong brake parts and could not get replacement parts the same day. They had to re-assemble the brakes with the old parts and I had go back another day to have the new parts fitted.
The supplier of the parts refused to offer any help.
Had the correct parts been supplied initially then it would have been 5 stars

Efficient and effective work carried out.

I had a traumatic 24hrs with a relative in hospital and it was Bank Holiday Monday. I needed a new tyre before I travelled back to Sheffield and they did not have an immediate appt. However they did it within the hour because of my circumstances which was a very kind gesture and I shall be going there for my tyres in thr future. A big thankuou for taking one stress from my day

Once again only too pleased to award five stars to the Protyre team in Matlock. Drove into the branch after an ABS sensor was damaged in an encounter with a particularly deep pothole and the team gave the car a thorough examination, arranging an appointment for an new ABS sensor and other work to be carried out the following day. It meant that our car was fully restored in having not only a new ABS sensor but also the other work done in just over 24 hours after the pothole damage. Great work by a friendly and highly skilled team!

I purchased 4 x new tyres from Blackcircles and had no hesitation in booking Protyre to fit them, I’ve just had all four wheels refurbished so did not want any damage to my nice new alloys.
Protyre did a first rate job and the staff were very polite, professional and friendly.
I have used them for many years and have no worries about recommending them.
They also re-tracked the front wheels so I will be back to have them re-checked after I have put some miles on the new tyres, as you get a 30 day guarantee with tracking.

If I have any tyre issue it’s always the first port of call. In recent times I find it’s best to make an appointment on-line first, but the staff are always helpful, without any sucking-of-teeth with pressure to buy something you don’t want or need. Business-like and efficient. Seems to me something’s right in the staff training of this particular business.

Good prices on quality tyres. Discount well worth it. Booking online and securing time perfect. The staff were brilliant, guy who dealt with was superb, informative, polite, happy, professional and efficient.
