Turned up on the off chance Protyre could replace two tyres. The man on the reception desk was helpful with advice and then replaced the tyres within a couple of hours even though they were very busy.

The four tyres were fitted and the car was retuned within the one hour stipulated.
The only problem that I had was that I had to return to the garage as one of the tyres kept losing pressure. This turned out to be that the valve was passing air around the connection to the alloy rim.
The fitter (fingers) advised that this sometimes happens if the dirt and debris around the valve hole is not cleaned out properly. This he rectified and all was well.
It is advised that a little more care is taken when putting tyres on alloy rims and that a point is made in ensuring that the valve hole is cleaned out. Maybe a sealant could be used as (Fingers) did on mine.
Otherwise great service..

Recently got my tyres changed here and had a very pleasant experience. I am a young woman so often feel intimidated taking my car into garages and worry about being ripped off but that is absolutely not the case here. Staff are lovely, price is very reasonable. I would recommend!

Brilliant service, tyre went down one Friday on the way home from work, and thought I’d be stuck for the weekend, especially as I had to travel that weekend, and then get to work on Monday, I rang them up and they said if I dropped the car off Saturday and left it they’d try to fit it in, which I did and an hour later they rang me up they’d done it! The gents were very welcoming and professional, would definitely recommend!

Pathetic and incompetent organisation, I write a review on the 11.09.24 after a shocking experience and Protyre Customer Care respond on 13.09.24 to say that the area manager will be in touch. 2 weeks later, HEARD NOTHING from the elusive area manager! Please do not take your car there, they are shambolic to say the least, they don’t know anything about customer care, customer service or aftercare, stay away from this company

This was my second visit within a week, this time for a couple of new tyres, the team there are friendly and helpful, got the job done quickly expertly, Thanks guys 10 /10

Wanted to say a big thank you to Stephen at Protyre Headingley. I had a blow out coming into Leeds having driven up from London on Monday. Stephen sourced a usually difficult to get tyre within an hour and fitted it for a very good price enabling me to get home again same day. The polite and friendly service was an added bonus!

Shocking service, booked in for the morning for tyre replacements, assurances given will take 2 hours and they would ring me. No phone calls and 5 hours later I take it upon myself to go see myself why my car isn’t ready. The staff abruptly advised car is ready and parked on the side street. I received no apology or a reason for the delay. Utterly unprofessional. Goes without saying won’t be using them again nor would I recommend them to my enemies
