Yet again, a fantastic job by the team over at Protyre Ipswich.
I arrived a little early, they took the car straight away and I got it back all done by the time I was supposed to have arrived.

They also advised of another job I had to get done without pressuring me into getting it done by them.

This is why I keep coming back here (over ten years and counting)

Always on hand to help and schedule my work and MOT’s. Great guys to work with and very knowledgeable, going the extra mile to help where needed. Been coming to the branch for quite a few years now, and will continue to do so. Customer car goes a long way.

I took my daughters car to have the Air con regassed.
The chap who served me was polite enough. He told me how long it would be. It was done within this time scale and seems to be ok.

Booking in for 2 rear tyres was nice and easy to do, I received confirmation straight away .. turned up on the day and my tyres were ready and fitted on time with no issues.. staff were friendly and polite .. I can not fault the service I received. I would definitely use Pro tyre again 10/10

Arrived on time and vehicle was taken in more or less straight away for a re-gas. Told about an hour, when I returned it was done .

Booked our two cars for MOT’s on line, website booking was straightforward and simple to follow. Arrived at Protyre/Autofit Ipswich at the arranged times. Cars were immediately attended to, staff were polite and friendly. I was pleased to receive vehicle health reports on line in addition to the MOT certs, the health report is something that I have not received previously from other MOT test stations. Many thanks I shall look forward to returning in the future
