Very good service
It was good to call in at their site on Holton Heath about replacing two tyres, and speak to a real person instead of having to do everything online. It was very good service, booked in for the following day and the work was done at a reasonable price. There was a problem a couple of days later when an electronic alarm came up on the screen, it was dealt with quickly and I was shown how to solve this issue in future. I can highly recommend them.

Booked and paid for my new tyres on line. Turned up at the alloyed time and was gone in 20 minutes. Great staff and customer service

Two different managers quoted two…
Two different managers quoted two prices for the same job.
Rest room has mags for men but surely women have flat tyres too. Had to call to see if my tyre was in and was told it was booked for fitting at 10.30. If I hadn’t phoned I wouldn’t have known this.
I’m a long standing customer of Cribb Tyres.

Manager and team all lovely. I made an error on my tyre booking and they sorted it no problem. Also booked a free brake check and they were very honest, said they were practically new and just gave them a good clean. slow puncture on way to work …
Found I had slow puncture on way to work, pro tyre was on route. I arrived 7am, had to wait until they opened at 8.30 staff arrived at 8, and new tyre was required and promptly fitted.
Drove onwards to work at 8.36!
Great fast efficient service.

I knew the tyres I wanted and called for a price and availability after driving past. The price was agreed and a time set for the following day. The phone manner and professionalism was very good and reassuring. The efficiency when dropping the car off continues, and so was the service. I cannot overstate what a pleasant experience this was.
