Outstanding customer service from…

Outstanding customer service from Robert Smith at Pro-Tyre. I was urgently required to travel to Slovakia by road and they turned me around same day and gave me the comfort knowing my car was up
To the trip!

Please call Robert to arrange an appointment. Much more reliable!

Poor experience

I visited the garage for a pre booked MOT and was served at the reception desk by a man whose manner I felt was rude and unhelpful. This really detracted from the overall experience. The man was also rude to a fellow colleague who worked in the garage and was politely waiting for him to finish on his computer and then assist me. He spoke to him in front of me in a belittling way which was uncomfortable. Because of the discourteous and challenging manner I wouldn’t recommend the garage to anyone.

Professional as always
