It is very important for the overall development of the student under the guidance of teachers of have taken this course before entering te School.

Very good experience

Very good training package, i have worked in Child protection for 14 years and this is the best online training I have undertaken. Clear , concise and informative with videos easy to listen to.

I’ve just completed the professional boundaries training with Prospero Learning, and it was really useful. The scenarios were realistic and relevant to day-to-day work with young people and families, from handling gifts and social media requests to managing emotional conversations during contact. The questions made me think about how I’d respond in real situations rather than just testing theory. The platform was easy to use, and I could work through it at my own pace. I’d recommend it to anyone working in children’s services or social care.

It was great as the questions were easy and the options understandable.

The Level 1 Safeguarding course provided a clear and thorough breakdown of essential statutory guidance, including KCSIE updates and key reporting protocols. The practical scenarios made complex child protection procedures easy to understand and apply. Safeguarding and Protection of children course was quite relevant, and beneficial to my professional growth as a teacher. The course was very informative and it strengthened my understanding of my responsibility to safeguard children under my care, protect their rights, and promote their safety, dignity, and well-being.
I gained more knowledge about the different types of child abuse and neglect, I also learnt more about the role of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and the importance of (KCSIE) guidelines in promoting child protection. It improved my attitudes, professional skills, flexibility, and confidence in responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
Overall, the course was practical and valuable in strengthening my commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

Great course, informative and well put together

I found Prospero's online Safeguarding Children in Education Level 1 course to be an excellent, informative and highly worthwhile learning experience.

The course was clearly presented, well structured and easy to follow, with valuable information that reinforced the importance of safeguarding children and young people in educational settings. It provided a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, recognising potential concerns and the importance of following the correct procedures to protect children's welfare.

I particularly appreciate the accessible online format, which allowed me to with through the material at my own pace while ensuring that the key information was communicated effectively.

It was a well designed course for an introductory course on Behaviour Management. Need more such courses and could be a little detailed as it was quite interesting and engaging.

The videos were straightforward and effective, giving practical real life situations and examples.
They were able to tailor questions to reflect learning and this will make knowledge learnt to stick to mind and relatable.
