ProCook Tottenham Court Road. Old fashioned good service, efficiently and very helpfully delivered. I bought a carving knife from the shop and when I got home (which is nowhere near the shop) and opened the box I found instead a bread knife. Nice bread knife but I was trying to buy a carving knife. I felt a little stuck as I could not go back to the shop so on the off chance emailed them. They could not have been more helpful. James Avard, the shop manager, took on the task of sending me out a new carving knife (which arrived the next day, a Sunday) and has now offered me the breadknife as a gift. It is when stores remedy their errors that you can truly see how impressive they are. Thanks ProCook - you have a customer for life (I have a lot of their stuff which is excellent and incredibly reasonable)

SENIOR STAFF
The staff that I was served by was fine. They were able to give a valid opinion on the product I was buying. But the person that was initially on the till seemed too busy chatting away to someone else to deal with any query I may have had. Not a good impression.

Great service when purchasing egg poacher which is working well. I’ve used the professional milk pan to cook scrambled eggs and the pan was dream to wash up afterwards.
