I was looking for an urgent replacement microphone pack for our portable audio system used in schools. From my call, the sales person could not have been more helpful. Out of stock but he said he would call me back 'within the next few minutes' to see what he could do. Three minutes later, he called me back and the sale was confirmed, having arranged that the pack was sent directly from the manufacturers to save time. The pack arrived next morning - 4 working hours after ordering. Top class service!

I was after a DBX Venu 360 and not only did PA Systems have easily the best price they assisted in getting the delivery speed increase with the unit being sent direct from the distributor, just in time for an event. Had some great advice over the phone, and was recommended some equipment. The package arrived the following day, and was exactly what I needed. There was an option to send the equipment back if it didn't work, but luckily this time every thing worked! Highly recommended.

Havnt tried many other companys that deal in audio but if i did i would use pro audio systems.
