You’re doing good on the product what I just ordered that Hydro light I had a damage package it was leaking, but I just put some tape on it. I was gonna take a picture, but I decided not to but thank you anyway.

Not sure with whom I spoken to via email but really appreciated it.

I ordered 3 water loss bottles but only received 2. I emailed and I had a fast reply and was sent another and received it a couple of days ago.

I ordered 5 supplements and received 3. They said the other two would be sent separately. Never came. I had to go through Klarnar to get the matter resolved. Never again. absolute muppets! Don't give them money directly to them. Always use a third party like Klarna. One star is to good!!!

Ordered pre workout almost 2 weeks ago. It said 2-3 days delivery still hasn’t arrived. Ignored emails. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. This was first time ordering from this company and will be the last. Don’t waste your money like I did!!!

DISGUSTING!!! They said 2-3 working days and it's now two weeks and I still ain't got my order!! They even said if I don't get it before Friday I can have my money back and keep what I ordered when and if it comes, NOW THEY IGNORING ME NOW, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Speedy delivery of what appears to be a very good quality product (High EPA/Omega3 fish oil capsules) at a very good price compared to other suppliers.

Item missing from order, was told an email had been sent to the shipping team to send it out ASAP....but still haven't received it, after using this company for years I think its time to shop elsewhere.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Broken seal and spoiled product – poor customer service response

I ordered a pack of 3 creatine tubs. One of the tubs arrived with the security seal already broken, and it was immediately clear from the strong, unpleasant smell that the product had gone bad and was unsafe to consume.

I politely contacted customer service and, when asked, provided a photo of the damaged tub. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, I was told that the photo “proved” my claim was untrue — which I found both dismissive and frustrating. I made the report in good faith, expecting a basic level of understanding and accountability.

The other two tubs were fine, but this kind of quality control issue — especially paired with such poor handling by support — is unacceptable when it comes to health supplements. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Scam! They will send you an empty package

I'll start by saying that I have spent almost £1500 with this company and there have largely been no issues.

However the most recent order had a number of items missing. I made contact with customer service on 12th May 2025, stating the items that were missing and picture of those that were received. I received an email from a person called Marc stating that it would be investigated and that he would "come back to me asap" of which he did.

He came back to me the same day asking if I was "okay to hang on a few days" as they wanted to get some of the capsules back into production so that they could be bottled for me and that he would ensure that they get the items I was missing, plus an offer of a few free ones for the trouble, if that was okay.

I replied on the 13th May 2025 stating that I was grateful for the understanding and was okay to hang on for a few days and was happy to accept the offer of "a few free ones".

Since then I have had no further correspondence from them.

I asked for an update on 2nd June 2025 and received no response.

I asked for another update on the 24th June 2025, stating my disappointment and again received no response.

I now refuse to spend any more money with this company unless this issue is resolved. £1500 is no small amount of money, especially for supplements and I find it very disappointing to have been let down by a company I gave so much to.

PAID MY MONEY PLACED AN ORDER ROYAL MAILS TRACKING DEMONSTRATES NOT SENT THAT WAS 29/04/2025. I CONTACTED THE BUSINESS OWNER ON EMAIL BASED IN LIVERPOOL AND HE SAID OH MUST BE THE BANK HOLIDAY WAS THE ISSUE - NEVER HEARD ANOTHER THING - I HAVE ESCALATED WITH TRADING STANDARDS + THE GOVERNMENT ONLINE REPORTING SYSTEM OF SELLERS LIKE THIS. THIS IS FRAUD TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND GIVING THEM NOTHING IN RETURN THEN IGNORING THEM IS NOT OK!!! JUST A MATTER OF TIME! I MANAGED TO REVERSE MY PAYMENT AS I USED A CREDIT CARD SO IF YOU HAVE DONE THE SAME PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK AND STOP THIS CRIMINALITY.

Still waiting for my order weeks after placing it, very poor service.

Its now been 19 days, I've emailed them twice with no response and my tracking number doesn't exist on the delivery service.
Absolute thieves !

I had an issue and reported it got quickly and efficiently resolved. Not sure about the product akkermansia as only started taking it 2 weeks ago but so far so good. Please contact them before complaining on reviews

The whole experience from ordering to delivery is perfect

I placed an order two weeks ago and did not receive all the items I paid for. I messaged several times to find out what happened and requested a partial refund, but I’ve yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and resolution is extremely disappointing. Shocking service—definitely would not recommend.
