Print service was excellent as usual. However, on this occasion the delivery was made to the wrong address - first time this has happened and once reported a satisfactory resolution was immediately forthcoming. The error in the first place is the only reason for the 3, rather than 4/5 stars.

Printmeit finished my poster super spontaneously.
I commissioned the poster at very short notice and three hours later I had the finished product in hand.
The team is also super nice.

In response to the reply to my feedback...

I don’t want to waste any more of my valuable time on this company and they have already put me out and wasted my time.! I work full time and they only operate Monday to Friday too.

Adam, your response in person and online is aggressive and unprofessional. Just reflects your business.

The 3 weeks has nothing to do with it. I hadn’t raised this but could had been resolved earlier if your staff communicated properly.

It was 4 working days and I was told it would be ready. Went through especially and wasn’t, no apology, just oh, if you’re passing later. Explicitly arranged 4.45 and agreed.

Got there, your staff clearly hadn’t printed it and ran out to do so. I and my 5 year old were left wanting 25 minutes with no communication and I had to pick up my daughter from nursery.

Your premises are FILTHY equivalent to a bad pun about 10 years ago. The dirt and stains and smell. Appalling and mind boggling that you keep going.

Clearly defensive and wholly unprofessional but do try to hear something, like communicate, send an invoice when you have actually finished the work, clean the place e.g. black dirt all over doors and handles and flooring and smell. The comment about my children putting their feet on coach is laughable and reflects your mind set.

In summary
Your business is shocking and looking other reviews, there are plenty of other’s remarking the same.

You have wasted about two hours of my precious time and I wanted something printed 5 weeks ago and because of you no further forward.

I suggest;

- work in your communication about orders.
- Respond and REFLECT on feedback. Confronting a customer about leaving bad feedback, whilst they have waited 25 minutes, and come before that day as told would be ready and in front of their child....

Hope you can reflect and perhaps change but won’t be using you or recommending you. If you have responded differently I may have had some patience but you are absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in some time.

I am very sorry to report how disappointed I was with the latest commission. The pdf I sent in of small visiting cards that I wanted reprinting were properly centred both vertical and horizontally. They were in black and white with a purple logo.

The cards I received back were on quite flimsy card and the text is centred but has a disproportionate amount of white, top and bottom. Compared with the originals they look a bit amateur.

We have used Printmeit for several years. They are cheaper than some printers but I am afraid it sometimes looks like it.
