Quality is poor and pictures are blurry most of them so overpriced for what you get

The final product, excellent as ever, and customer service quickly resolved a problem with a voucher, so as usual an excellent quality and service.

The finished product is excellent quality, very well made, and looks fantastic. The design software is easy to use and has a helpful feature that removes photos already used from the side panel (if selected), making it much easier to keep track of images when creating a larger book.
I ordered 15 copies of the same book for a group of children. As the Groupon voucher could only be redeemed for three books at a time, it wasn't straightforward to reorder the same project. Instead, I had to duplicate the book five times and place separate orders, which was a little inconvenient.
That said, the overall experience was very positive. The product offers great value for money and is ideal if you're ordering one or two copies, which is probably the most common use case.

Easy to use and set up
I had a query regarding on when my book would arrive as the date shown was not what I was expecting so I chatted on line and was explained to me so I understood better I was also offered a further discount which was a lovely thought however I wasnt after that my question had been dealt with, and I received my completed photobook on the day I needed it which was a great surprise everyone who has seen it and also signed in it have said how lovely it is

I’d give it 0 if I could. Jigsaw arrived (£25.99 btw!) and it’s got a horrible WONKY border on it, terrible quality picture which I uploaded in highest quality possible to ensure that didn’t happen, the pieces don’t fit together in the middle, they carelessly folded in in half, shoved it in a postage box, not a jigsaw box, so there’s no image to go off when making it. It’s ripped on some of the edges cos they’ve folded it and there was no packaging on it. It’s supposed to be a gift that I now can’t give, their number isn’t real, neither their email and the contact us page on the sight doesn’t work.

I created a photo book to remember a fantastic holiday. The process was simple and I was impressed with the system. However when the book arrived it had a message written on the back cover which had nothing to do with me. Despite contacting them several times all I have had back is one bot-generated generic message and nothing else. Money down the drain. Definitely would not recommend.

Excellent quality. Grandson is over the moon as this will be part of the branding for his new business. No issues with delivery: I had elected to collect from my local post office.

The photos arrived in a timely manner and they are perfect. The frames are well made and the pictures are beautifully done. I will certainly be using them again

I have always been happy with the product I have received from Printerpix! Although, my last order of the same 3 books were inadvertently printed wrong on the cover. I reached out to Printerpix, Nathan Lewis answered my email. He was very thorough, very kind and he genuinely wanted to make things right. Nathan helped me through the process of figuring out how to fix and remedy the situation. I received my 3 books in the mail a couple days ago, all at no charge, and they are beautiful, just like the other products I have received from Printerpix. I want to tell Nathan thank you for reaching out to me and making this right! I will be ordering again!

Product is lovely, thank you. I found it quite hard to arrange the photos online though, . I ordered the fleece throw. It was meant to be double sided, however the photo was only on one side.

Made a calendar. It’s great. Woukd have been nice to come with an envelope as it’s a gift but not essential. Printing looks good and an efficient service

Ordered 5 small prints more than a week later an empty box arrived, tried to contact the company with their own online service but it continued to fail and would'nt even allow me to upload the query.

J'avais signalé un problème lors de ma commande. Il a été réglé et pris en charge rapidement. Un contact et une réactivité de Printerpix au top (merci Jayden Ross). Les produits ont été reçus sans encombre et d'excellente qualité. Client depuis années, je recommande vraiment ce site.

While reasonably priced, the framed picture took over a week to arrive and when it did it was damaged. No protective covering, just placed in a brown envelope and posted. It has to be re framed at extra cost. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.
