Primethorpe Paving Recenzje 

My second purchase from Primethorpe. I find the website very detailed and the calculator is easy to use and adjust. Easy to order and price is very fair by comparison. Delivery has been quick in my experience and yes, you pay for delivery but given where the goods come from and that it is pallet delivery using a motorised pallet truck meaning they can be dropped where you need them I'd say the delivery charge is well worth it.

Wouldn't refund for 1 of the 3 coping stones that were delivered broken. Don't offer refunds for items damaged in transit under £100 so think twice if you are only making a small order and have any expectation that broken items should be compensated. Don't offer refunds directly from the company only via the courier company who apparently insist on collecting the broken items (which is a complete waste of time and money, surely). Ignored my request to put me in touch with the courier company to dispute this. Unhelpful and rude customer service.

The coping stones looked as expected from the online images and look great in the garden. On arrival for collection, service was friendly and speedy.

Website easy to navigate, and complete my order prompt delivery and very happy with the products.I would recommend to others and would use Primethorpe paving in the future for my projects.

I was looking for a quick delivery & these guys did that. After ordering the slabs we're delivered in a week.
Email info was correct & always being updated.
Delivery came in est time of delivery & even a phone call from the driver when he was a couple of mins away.

I placed twice orders for porcelain slabs and cobblestones, with a confirmed delivery date provided at the time of purchase. Each time they arrived later than was communicated by few days.
As a direct consequence, I lost the deposit I had already paid to my contractors, resulting in unnecessary financial loss, wasted time off work and disruption to my project schedule.
When I contacted the company the following day when the second delivery was late, the representative appeared dismissive and was seemingly unable to recognise their own invoice confirmation number. The responses I received were brief, unhelpful, and often limited to a few disinterested words, giving me the distinct impression that complaints of this nature were rather common for them.
Delays can happen in any business. However, poor communication, a lack of accountability, and an apparent absence of customer care are far harder to overlook.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company if your project is on a timeline.

Had the Sandstone paving product that I was looking for at a competitive price and offered prompt delivery. Would have been 5 stars but felt cost of delivery was a bit expensive.

Hi the ordering and online process was good. It went wrong in taking delivery. I had ordered two different sizes of coping stones in width. 4 of the 12 smaller width ones were damaged/marked. The majority of the larger ones were ok. When I complained I was greeted with that’s why we state to buy 10 percent more than you require which I did. But because 33 percent of the small ones were not what you would have chosen to buy at a builders merchant if you went to pick them up. The company said that not 10 percent of the order was not right so couldn’t do anything about it and said I could buy some more of the smaller ones. I found this unacceptable that they class 2 different sizes as one order to work out there 10% rule. Won’t be using them again for the rest of the project and will stick to builders merchants in person where I can see the product and condition it’s in before I buy it. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Bought a hearth for my fire place. It was an easy to use website for ordering and giving your measurements on. Delivered on the day promised and was cut to the correct size and the quality was excellent.

Ordered the black limestone paving for a patio. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They explained what I would need to complete my project.
Delivery was brilliant. I chose the day I needed and was informed with a two hour time slot by the driver.
Really pleased with the Limestone paving. Great colour and quality.

Brought some edging bricks to go around some flower beds, amazing product. Arranged to collect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Primethorpe Paving. Thank you

DIY job. After an exhausting search found primethorpe online for the big dark porcelain pavers needed.
Having retired from a construction related career that focused much more than most on the value of making mistakes right, this challenge arrived as a customer of this company.
Read on for details, but to sum up my 5 star review, want to share that the measure of a company isn't when everything goes right. I pay for and count on it going right. It's when it doesn't that I learn if they're a 0 to 10.
6pm Fri pallets delivered by 3rd party shipper (american term for not a Primethorpe truck), and one full 1/2 ton very busted pallet is stacked on top of a healthy pallet but pavers are leaning 30 degrees with multiple straps snapped but the load is intact. Shipper drives off while I'm considering returning it as delivered without sharing paperwork, signature etc.
Promptly sent pics to Primethorpe asking whether they preferred to start over and swap the pallet for a less avalanche-waiting-to-happen one, or offer tips if I might attempt to di it. 9 am Sat a guy called to discuss, he gauges my ability, then shares some sage advise and assures they have my back for any damage. Told him later that Saturday surprised only 4 of 50 casualties and he offers to ship them asap.
Several steps afterward continued to show their inherent need to make me happy and in the end it was a pleasure how they turned a significant and job delaying problem into a positive experience. Again any company can trust a shipper and have matters go as planned. It's when something goes wrong that separates the companies I'll avoid in the future from the ones I'll look forward to doing business with again. Thanks to the guy who shared he made sure my late order would ship with my first one and then offered unpacking tips, abd to Donna who's follow up should also make management proud.
Didn't get discounts or anything free, just low stress, real service and nice pavers that came out looking perfect.
