Nevertheless, clear communication is essential, especially when customers depend on prompt deliveries. It was disheartening to experience both the silence and the missed delivery promise. I trust that this feedback will motivate the business to enhance their communication and delivery systems moving forward.

The items are amazing exactly what i wanted despite having paid for express delivery and it turning up late by days a refund has been issued which is great so i dont recommend paying express delivery but thats down to royal mail other than being impatient i like what has turned up and the customer service is great will definitely be ordering from here again 👍

The seller immediately sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, shipping issues do happen, but the seller can't do anything about them. The seller was always in contact with me and immediately sent me a replacement. I can only recommend the site. Thank you for the great support and the beautiful lighters. Did not receive my order. Chased this twice by email but didn’t get a response. Spoke with someone on the online chat who said they would look into it and again didn’t get a response.

The matter has been resolved and the company were very helpful after speaking with them direct which was really appreciated
