Placed an order 1st March with email received confirming that order was being processed. Prestige were the only stockist in UK I could find for this product and price was OK (£80). I hadn't read TP reviews and if I had I probably wouldn't have ordered! Credit card debited 2nd March but no further comms from the business until i rang them on 4th for an update. Website advises in stock products are dispatched next day.
They use a call centre who appear to have no idea whats going on but i received an email later that day confirming order had "been processed". A further call and email on 7th and still no response and having now seen the TP reviews and that the company was dissolved I feared the worst though my own research showed the MD was still posting his services on Facebook and LinkedIn - which would be bold for scammer. Then on the 9th, my case turned up via PF48, exactly as described, brand new and all good! So i guess its 5 stars for the product and 1 star for communication but this could have easily been a 5 star review overall if the company had responded to emails, provided tracking details etc. I'd also suggest they update their website and show the correct trading entity.

Under no circumstances buy from this company. No contact. No item arrived. I had to get credit card company involved to get money back.
Companies House shows owner likes to create companies and then bin them after a short period.
Rated one star because I couldn't give zero stars.

Prestige tactical is joke and probably a scam, best to be avoided Absolutely shocking disgusting service.. i ordered a pair of jeans, over 3 weeks later not been delivered, ive emailed 4 times and called 3.. No response to emails and fob off on telephone

Possibly the worst service I have experienced would give a minus if it was an option

Order made in July (for a condor belt I could’ve just bought on Amazon) money taken the very next day and then zero communications - order still not arrived months later

Email doesn’t work on the website and provided contact number puts through to a call centre calling themselves “prestige risk limited” who have zero knowledge of what is going on, repeatedly stage they are only a contact centre contracted to prestige tactical and don’t handle any sales, and promise that they will contact “him” to call you back

You never find out who “him” is and they won’t provide any details or further contact for anyone with a clue as to what is happening

I have been provided a number of different emails - all of which either are no longer in service or ever respond

Foolish buying with a debit card so can’t even claim back through pay pal……

Have been calling almost daily and get fobbed off each time

Looking at options through both small claims and trading standards agency now as this is clearly a rogue website and should be shut down

Made an order, item hasnt been delivered. Tried emailing through their website and the sales email address, with no response. Even tried calling with still no response. Absolute scammers, took the money and ran

Having met Neil about 2 years ago, I ordered some kit and wasn’t disappointed! In the middle of a busy season, my order was delivered to me on a job and everything was exactly as expected.
I cannot fault the service, or the equipment he sells and as a repeat customer who is very picky about where I buy from, that says a lot. I can’t understand why people are saying they didn’t receive stuff or had no comms, he’s a real busy bloke with more than one job!!
All my orders have arrived on time, in exactly the condition you’d expect and have absolutely no complaints for any of it. Compiling another list of kit I need to order and even for items on back order, I’m happy to wait.

I have no complaints! Some people have had bad experiences with this company, but not me.
I ordered an item via the webpage, noticed the item was in backorder and contacted the company via email. 6 days later, the item was shipped and arrived within 2 weeks in EU. The item was as described.
As far as I'm concerned, this is a decent business,

Preordered a Leatherman Ratchet driver and following a short delay due to a delay in Prestige receiving the shipment from Leatherman it arrived without problem. Comms from Neil was very good throughout.

Perfect. Free delivery on one item so very happy.

Fraudsters
Don't give your money to these scammers, you will not receive the order!!!

Avoid. Really I mean it, do not give them your money.
Several in stock items ordered.
After several weeks only one low value item received and no word regarding the higher value items.
Several emails sent over a period of six weeks to enquire...all ignored.
After two and a half months and several ignored emails, and many evasive telephone calls, I decided enough was enough and decided to call every day to bring this to a conclusion.
The responses were evasive, they actively avoided my calls, no meaningful information obtained at any time, I believe that they had no intention of honouring my purchases and indeed any sales made via this website.
Refund eventually received after setting up a PayPal dispute which they made no attempt to answer.
Draw your own conclusions, but these are not the actions of a legitimate business.

"One star because I can't give zero..."

I should have listened to the multiple negative reviews on this site, No shipment, no item despite multiple attempts on my part to get information on my order. They're even ignoring an open PayPal claim. This shop is a total fraud, don't fall victim.

Ordered through them from a 3rd party (amazon). The item should have arrived on the 17th july 2020 but never. I've tried contacting prestige tactical but their customer service email is unrecognised. I have contacted amazon who are also trying to chase the item.
This company have a real lack of customer service.

An update to this. I've had to request a refund through amazon as still had no correspondence from prestige tactical.

Amazon sorted the refund and I purchased a different product from a reliable and efficient company. There was never any correspondence from prestige tactical. And the email on their website for customer service doesn't work.
Truly terrible company avoid them.

This company is terrible.
I ordered an ankle first aid holder and an Orange CAT tourniquet. The site showed it was in stock and would be sent out in roughly 3-4 business days.
After 5 days it was still showing as processing on the site.
4 emails and 6 phone calls later and I was told that they were out of stock. The last reply from them was at 2357 and woke me up. The website still showed they were in stock, so I replied querying this. The day after the tourniquet arrived.... (10 days after my order) It was the wrong one.
On top of that I was charged for the whole order, including what they hadn't send and didn't have in stock!
I called them again, explaind everything AGAIN, and now I'm waiting on a pre paid envelope to return the incorrect item that they sent.
Don't bother using this company, they're terrible and will give you the run around. Go somewhere else, even if it will cost a bit more or take longer to be delivered, they're not worth the bother.

Bit of an update..... The tourniquet has been returned to them (I paid extra for a signed for delivery) and they still haven't refunded the whole order, including the items that they never had! I'm going to have to chase them up again. Absolutely terrible.
