Absolutely amazing product and service
Absolutely amazing product, well presented and well designed. I made a few spelling mistakes which i didn't actually know about and one of the employees called me to correct them which I thought was very nice I'm sorry I never caught her name but I was so pleased if I knew her name I'd send a thank you card because that was not expected and so thankful. Quick delivery. Very well packaged would definitely use again without a shadow of doubt

Ordered an engraved bottle of Bollinger for our Wedding anniversary on Thursday (anniversary is next week), was delivered today (Saturday) and it’s perfect! I was a bit late ordering to make sure it was here on time, so I Emailed them, Keeley came straight back saying she had put it on Royal Mail 48hr 😁 absolutely love it!

A Complete Rip Off!
I was totally and absolutely disappointed with my Champagne with personalised photo.
It was bought for a wedding present and nothing whatsoever like the sample photos on their website. It just looked like a sticker on a bottle to me. I’d imagined anyone with a basic knowledge of pc printing could have done this on their own for a fraction of the cost. When you think it was a couple of pounds shy of 100 quid for this, I honestly feel as though I’ve been ripped off. As you can imagine, never again, and I would discourage others from using this service too. It’s rubbish.

Never felt so ripped off with a purchase ! Ordered bottle of grey goose photo personalised for daughters 30th (£83) - ‘sticker’ peeling off on arrival - sent back and changed for engraved bottle champagne which to be honest is nothing special but they whole process has given me a headache so I’m just going to accept and put it down to a bad experience (still not received refund for postage that was promised for me sending the faulty product back plus it’s been weeks since initial order and only today received replacement. Would I recommend? Absolutely not. My advice would be spend your money elsewhere. Most bottles don’t come in a box either, least in the supermarket that comes as standard in premium bottles !

Received no contact and no one would answer the phone.
Initiated a clawback from my bank 19th May.
Following this sent a further email which I did get a reply to from a lovely helpful lady who sent screenshots that she had emailed me 10th May. This email however was never received by myself and wasn’t in spam either.
After sending multiple pictures I had to change the product ordered to accommodate having two people (1 photograph of 2 people)
This didn’t arrive on time for the anniversary as a result (I ordered around a month before the anniversary) and the quality was really disappointing! It doesn’t live up to the pictures on the website or the price they charge.
Skip forward to today 19th June when I receive a rude and disgraceful email from Lorraine Briggs the director of the company (this goes in my spam which I have now put her back to) . She is not happy about the clawback - basically calls me a liar and informs me of all the evidence they will be sending.
I reply to this and explain that the first email date she quotes she will see was never received by myself if she reads her evidence.
She then replies again informing me that a clawback can be cancelled at any time but I decided to proceed and they will await the decision before taking ‘further action’ and also that the date received for the clawback claim was the 26th - not clicking on this is the date they received it. Not the date it was initiated
I have had to explain to the director of a company that actually a clawback cannot be cancelled at anytime as I had actually contacted by bank ages ago to do so but there is actually a small time window in which it can be cancelled and then they have to receive a reply from the company to be able to cancel it.
The tone in the email was unprofessional and unneeded.

I recently ordered an engraved bottle of vodka from Prestige Drinks for my sister's 60th birthday. I wanted to give it to her in a personalised wooden gift box but couldn't find a company offering this service so I bought a personalised gift box with an unpersonalised 70cl bottle from another company and a personalised 70cl bottle from Prestige, which I planned to put in the box instead of the unpersonalised bottle. I had a slightly tight schedule and had ordered before a bank holiday weekend so I called the following week to check on the status. I spoke to Keeley, who told me that it hadn't been started yet because of the long weekend but she would rush it through and sure enough, it arrived a couple of days later.
However... when I went to put the beautifully engraved bottle into the personalised wooden box, I suddenly discovered that Prestige had actually sent me a 75cl bottle and not the 70cl bottle I'd ordered, and it was too long to fit in the box!
I wrote to Keeley to explain what had happened, not really expecting them to care or be able to do anything. There were only a few days left before I was travelling to see my sister and since they'd actually sent me MORE vodka than I'd ordered, it seemed a bit cheeky to be complaining anyway!
However Keeley and Prestige Drinks were AMAZING! She sourced a larger box for me, had it engraved as requested and had it delivered to me in time and without any further charge. Truly this was customer service that went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough and especially Keeley. I am a very happy customer of Prestige Drinks - thank you so much!
Amazing service and product I ordered a 3ltr Jack Daniels bottle…
I ordered a 3ltr Jack Daniels bottle for my nephew's 30th birthday. I was able to have a photo engraved in the glass and a personalised message.
The photos chosen were old ones as they were of when he was 1 and his Grampi was sat with him. I uploaded a pic that wasn't very good and Keely phone me and emailed me 3 times to discuss different choices as the original pic was not great. They went above and beyond to find the best photo and stayed in communication with me to make sure I was happy. The engraving was perfect and I received it within 2 days of the order. The impact of their work was amazing on my nephew. It was money well spent such a class gift. Thank you

Unhappy with customer service
Engraving not as visible as would have liked. Also I'd asked on placing order if could be delivered for weekend and paid for tracked 24 yet they sent it at slower rate tracked 48 so didn't arrive on time. Keeley did contact me but blamed royal mail and did not reply when I queried why I was charged extra for faster delivery that they didn't use

My second purchase via Prestige Drinks and I can't understand the negative reviews. Great customer service present from the offset as I had some prior queries and specific requests. A real pleasure to deal with. I've already received one high quality finish product and I'm looking forward to receiving my second early next week.

The Advertising Standards Authority regrettably and sadly were the only option left open to attempt to resolve matters due to poor customer service and terrible responses from this company on a “Not as advertised” product being received.
Since this is a pending complaint I cannot comment further. However, I intend to post the outcome of my complaint to The Advertising Standards Authority here once the complaint has hopefully been upheld and issues resolved; Either way - I can not, and do not recommend doing business with this company.
Please read the reviews of the many other dissatisfied users of this company….And avoid using them. Update: This matter has now reached its conclusion and is now closed. The involvement of The Advertising Standards Authority and an independent investigation were necessary to secure a satisfactory outcome. customer service rude and does not care what you have to say. The picture does not come out the same as displayed, looks Cheaply done,not centred and words squashed in. So expensive for complete rubbish
