they sent what i bougth with a no return stamp, never would i have paid 100 for shoes i cant return if they dotn fit,,, they dont clearly let you knwo dont buy fromt hem cheats, just come steal why dont you if your going to hide your policy, predatory business, now i have to sell them somehow, they dont even go on my foot,

This company is a scam they send fake products for basically the real price. I will not ever recommend or shop from this company again I’m out almost 400 dollars for a fake perfume. I’m so disappointed by this, NEVER AGAIN!

BEWARE I received an ad online to order from them. The ad said one price, but it went in the cart at 18% higher. Tried to get it fixed - they don't answer phones and their chat is worthless. I finally got an email and they basically said that that can happen and they can't do anything about it.

Do not buy from this company!!. They sell fake clothes, miss sized items and do not offer any type of refund or exchange. You are likely to get ripped off like I was. I made the mistake of buying an extra small dress like I always wear from every company but this was a child’s size dress. Couldn’t even get close to getting it on. Definitely fake or counterfeit item plus Miss sized Steer clear of this company. This company is very uncooperative concerning exchanges or returns. Do not buy anything from them!! You are pretty much guaranteed to get ripped off one way or another. Hopefully vermin companies like this go out of business quickly and off the Internet do not buy from them! It will be a mistake, guaranteed!

Purchased a pair of booties from their website received them today. The box is damaged held closed by a rubber band the booties are used/worn. Went to the website to return now it states final sale they weren't when purchased. Sent email about used/worn booties waiting to hear back. Will update when they respond

I received over 19 email communications from this site none of the emails had a return label or spoke of a refund. lucky i went through Amazon Pay to make the purchase. Amazon delivered 03/20/2024 ..... FULL REFUND

Ordered and was notified both times that the item wasn't in stock. What a waste of time :(.

I wanted to leave a review as I was worried that they were a scam site before I bought from them. They had some Cynthia Rowley dresses at a very reduced price.

Premiumoutlets.com is the online site for Simon Premium outlets. The items are sent out by the individual retailers. My dresses arrived quickly and are beautiful and I would definitely buy from them again.

Don’t shop here! So disappointed. The item I got was NOT what was in the picture. I asked them to allow me to return them and exchange them for the correct item. They refused and claimed that they were the correct item. Even with proof with pictures they wouldn’t do it for me. Nor would they allow me to return for refund. This is just not cool in these days. I would never shop from here again and I would suggest you don’t either!!!

Items I ordered were delivered to wrong home. I was expected to go around the neighborhood and ask if anyone had my items . Although upon complaining, this was suggested by the company, I feel that this is not my job. They apologized that I was not happy, but offered no solution. The picture of the delivery taken by the delivery company was not of the front of my house nor was the address evident in the picture. So I'm out about $70.00 worth of goods. I'm closing my account with them. Other companies would just resend the items to maintain good relationships with customers, or issue a credit. Apparently not this one. Steer clear. They didn't have my back.

Absolutely terrible.. market one picture of a pair of shorts that are blue end up sending a bright pink coral color and then charge $4.95 to return for their own mistake.
Or buy a pair of shoes on a sale but can’t exchange them for a different size. Get charged again for return of $4.95 and to rebuy the same shoe is now $40 more. I will NEVER shop this site again!!!

They are Terrible

it says easy returns on their website when you purchase. then it says you can return at a retail store and just get a receipt as proof and ww will refund you. when you go to return they say sorry online only and you pay $4.95 to ship back. that is totally deceptive. I wrote their customer service and they closed the ticket and just repeated just ship back at your expense. no other options. terrible customer service uf you have a problem.

I am extremely happy with my Adrianna Papell dress! The price was smashing and my order came in just two days! Product was exact quality as what I had tried on at Macys as half the price. So happy!

The site states that "Final Sale products are not returnable for a refund unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was received.” I’d classify the Birkenstock shoes I purchased as either one of those descriptions, damaged since there’s an unwearable bump in the footbed and wrong since the size description is totally off from a typical Birkenstock. SPO doesn't agree. I've worn the brand for many years and always been able to wear them straight out of the box on day one. I was excited to find the Outlets online shopping when I searched for blue Birkenstocks but so very disappointed in my shopping experience and won’t be back.

Terrible customer service. Product I received was not as advertised. Was slightly outside of the return policy partially due to their confusing returns process and they refused to give me any consideration or leniency due to my circumstances. Very disappointing. Will not shop from them again and will stick to more reputable sites. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

My order was canceled after it had been confirmed. Customer service is only offered via generic, scripted email responses. I could never get a genuine reply from someone. There’s also no phone number to contact.

I received two bags that I’d like to return because I believed they were made in Italy. When I received them I saw they were tagged Made in Romania. When I attempted to request a return, the website said I couldn’t because they were final sale. NOWHERE in the listing or in my email receipt or order details is there any mention of this. I would like to return items from orders numbered SPO136746438 and SPO136746138. This is a deceptive business practice.

Never got my shoes. Customer service no help, just being smart asses.
