A huge thank you to Natalie in the Cambridge branch for going above and beyond to help my 80 year old mother yesterday. She was stuck at a coach station thanks to the total lack of information supplied by the coach company about the fact no coaches were actually going in the direction she was heading. A journey that should have taken 6 hours took 12, but at least she got there! Thanks Natalie for fielding the calls and engaging with the coach company to sort things. You are a star!

Booked our holiday with Tui then it was taken over by premier
On arrival at our destination our cab driver handed us a leaflet from our agent
We were never contacted by Rachel. The hotel where we stayed Greenhills were not very forthcoming in assistance either
Two days before our departure I contacted Rachel for information as to what time the taxi would be picking us up to take us to the airport. She told me 7.00 just to be sure I contacted the cab firm and was told it would be 6.30 - 6.45 good job I checked
Would I recommend premier no
The hotel was in the middle of nowhere the room allocated to us easy the smallest room I have ever had to stay in very claustrophobic
All in all not a good holiday at all

Helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff nothing was too much trouble 2 trips were booked recently and both holidays went smoothly

Used the Bury St Edmunds branch, I have never used an agent before however after our totally positive experience I will use this one again. Smashing holiday, smashing price and brilliant service from the staff

My worst nightmare, stuck on the side of a mountain in a villa with 4 children between 3 and 16 in Corfu having to drive everywhere to get groceries or to the nearest town. I go to sleep worrying about it and am now awake at 6.30am thinking about our next journey.
We booked with Bishop Stortford branch and I told Rachel I was afraid of heights, with her response being “you’ll be fine”. When we arrived and went to car rental office I asked if it was up any steep hills and he laughed saying “you’ll be fine”. Needless to say to say we have not heard a word from Tour Operator Jet2 since we arrived.
