They were decent for a few months but recently have been poor. So many round changes meaning they'd come early and I'd have to pay more, then recently I've had my windows "cleaned" twice but visible bird poo hasn't been cleaned and on the last reclean they didn't even touch the windows on one side of my house which happened to be the dirty windows they were meant to be recleaning. Upon contacting customer Service all I got was a "we came at this time on our tracker, thanks bye" not even a sorry or a let's see how we can help. Then when I tried to cancel they didn't even ask what had happened to investigate or make it right they once again were like "cancelled, thanks bye" Such poor

First clean completed by Preen and Clean. Very impressed by the work carried out, especially the hard to reach windows that are now so clean.

Very happy with the cleaning of our windows, first time using a cleaning company.
As I normally do them myself but can no longer use ladders(old age).
Would highly recommend preen and clean.

The windows were streaky- possibly because they hadn’t been washed in a while. Hopefully following the next clean they will be better

The windows were clean after a clean but this company is infuriating and time consuming. Especially when they charge for a clean that never happened. Just asked them not to come again due to being charged for a clean that never happened. Previous to that we paid cash then received an invoice saying we had not paid so decided not to pay cash and went electronic but still not working so finding a new cleaner and asked them not to come again.

This is the second time I have used Preen & Clean. First they cleaned facia boards & gutting, today they cleaned all windows & doors. The entire experience with this company has been first rate. The cleaning technician’s were extremely professional, respected the property and carried out excellent cleans. Communication with the company has been clear and timely. I would strongly recommend this company.

Really impressed with Preen & Clean! They use a warm water wash system and you can genuinely see the difference — my windows came up crystal clear. No streaks, no marks, just super clean glass. Friendly, professional and great attention to detail. Will definitely be using them again.
