It definitely takes always the initial itch, but after a few hours it gets crusty. The menthol kicks good. I used to wake up from itching but not lately. I’ll probably buy another jar eventually. I just wish there were more coupons or something cause it’s a but pricey. I still bleed daily

This product worked well for me, I followed the instructions, I was a little concerned when I first applied it with the sensation, but when I got over initial shock, it felt fine. Relieved hemorrhoids within a few days. I have used it since initial outbreak to help prevent any more flare ups. I highly recommend Pranicura.

Suffered for 10-years. UK doctors had no real solution. Finally googled it and found Pranicura. Been using it for 2-months and the results are dramatic. The problem has not disappeared but is 20% of what it was and I feel is now entirely manageable and I can live with this even if it gets no better.

I'm so grateful I found Panicura after so many online searches on what to do about this horrible embarrassing anal itching and pain. I suffered for two months thinking I had worms and actually taking several doses of pinworm meds and rigorous cleaning and the symptoms still persisted. I got down on my knees and prayed to the Lord, begging for relief. Well, He answered, I found Panicura! I was hopeful with all the positive reviews, so I took a chance and ordered it. I'm so happy to say, it got me feeling 95% better in just about 10 days!! At first I had to apply it about 3-5 times a day, and it would still slightly itch and the menthol feeling, while it didn't burn or sting, I did have to get use to it. After the initial 10 days I was able to just use it once after the morning bm and I was good all day! No itch or pain. I've had Panicura for about 8 weeks now and I skip days (I just forget to use it because I hardly have any itching or pain in my anal area anymore, praise the Lord!!!) If you have this horrible affliction, I'm so sorry, but please do yourself a huge favor and try Panicura! Yes, it's a bit pricey but it lasts up to 6 months-1 year and I have hardly made a dent in it after 2 months. Although I hope they never raise the price, I would glady pay more just to have relief and get my life back! I came here to trust pilot to see if it was legit, well it definitely is! I hope you give it a try!

My last hemorrhoid flare-up lead me to discover Pranicura. A hemorrhoid product used by Dr. Albert Chong, who himself uses the product. I ordered the product and received it promptly, read the instructions carefully and used it accordingly. This provide tremendous relief and initiated healing. I was able to get back into my normal routines of day-to-day living. Although, I did limit my exercise time on my air-bike. By the middle of the third week of daily use, my flare-up was contained and I was back to normal. I will continue to use this product and highly recommend it. I have used about 30% of the product, and will buy it again, adding it to my arsenal of hemorrhoid relief products. I give it 5 stars. If you buy this product, I hope it will work for you as it worked for me. Great product.

Nope. Was 3 weeks into course of topical nifedipine (slow but working since pain went from 5-7 down to 1-2). Decided to add this to the mix. It burned some but wasn’t awful. However, the next day my pain level increased. I decided to shelf it for pre-acute usage (when I feel AF coming on initially). Otherwise, no.

It burned my a$$ so bad! Like battery acid on an open wound! How the fff .... ? I don't understand how anyone could find this stuff being the answer to pain relief, when upon application, it causes WORSE pain. Like, are these 5 star ratings a joke (bots?)? After seeing the few REAL people here write that they are still waiting for their refunds, I'm not too hopeful on getting mine ... fingers crossed

I had a major surgery with high levels of opiate pain killers during and after, which caused hard stools that were difficult to pass, resulting in an anal tear or fissure. THIS product, Pranicura, is the only thing that worked. IT TOOK A COUPLE MONTHS OF DEDICATED USE… but now I’m all healed up. Follow the directions included like I did and don’t stop using it until you’re healed. This stuff is the only thing that worked for me.

I have been ignored when I asked for a refund

I previously order Pranicure and use it periodically for my itchy bottom and luv’d it. However, since I’ve recently reordered Pranicure and noticed the color was slightly different and the texture was too creamy. Before the consistency was more similar to a Destin baby ointment which I preferred as it stays in place better. The new Pranicure formula I feel washes off too easily requiring more frequent reapplying. I contacted them asking if Pranicure changed something or if I got a bad batch to which they replied it’s been a while since I had ordered and they had indeed changed the formula. I wish they had added a new line and kept the old formula for those of us who liked it before the way it was. Frustrated customer looking for a new thing to help my itchy bottom. Afraid to ask for refund as the won’t sell to me again if I do 😔
