Mx boots came and were too small for my daughter.
I emailed to ask for an exchange and heard nothing back for a week so I gave them a poor review as I was £120 out of pocket.
The next day I had a reply and an apology. They said I could return and asked what size.
I told them a size and removed my review, then never heard from them again.

This was 6 weeks ago.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I would not recommend, not will I order from them again.

Brilliant service and quick delivery from Powersportswarehouse. I was really struggling to find a specific Akropovic exhaust part for my motorcycle. It appeared Powersportswarehouse were the only company that had the part within the UK. Other suppliers were not UK based. The ordering was straightforward, it was ordered late on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived early Saturday morning. Free delivery and 6% off list price which made it cheaper than mainland Europe suppliers.
First class service, highly recommended, five stars all the way.

I ordered an SW-Motech belly pan for my 2024 Kawasaki Versys on a Sunday afternoon. After placing the order, I came across some negative reviews online and felt a bit anxious. I decided to email their customer service team to check on my order status.
They replied the very next morning, which immediately put my mind at ease. The item arrived quickly on Wednesday, taking just three days from order to delivery. The packaging was excellent, ensuring the belly pan was fully protected and arrived in perfect condition. On top of the fast shipping, their price was significantly better than any other retailer I found online. Personally, I am incredibly impressed with their efficiency, pricing, and communication, I highly recommend them, and will use again.

I placed my order and after 3 weeks of not receiving it I emailed and had a reply and an apology saying it would be looked into, a week later I contacted again with no response, PayPal gave a phone number to call but it's the business nextdoor! PayPal issued my refund, I ordered the same part from fast bike bits direct and received it next day.

Hmm, not good I'm afraid. This feels like another example of a so called UK business resting on its laurels. This is the first time I've purchased from them and unfortunately for PSW, it'll be the last time from me. Happy to take your order, but provide no feedback as to why the item was taking too long to get to me. How can China send stuff to the UK within 5 to 8 days, yet PSW took a total of 15 days (not working days).

A simple acknowledgement to the effect of 'I'm sorry for the delay...' blah, blah,

Jeez, make something up but at least let me know what's happening! I don't have a chuffing crystal ball, you know!!
