First time using this company. I am quite impressed with the quick turnaround. I have read a few guys have had problems with the time from order to delivery. For international shipping I actually thought it was very quick. As for the product.. awesome.
Definite repeat customer here.

I've been buying through power poppers for quite some time now - and have always enjoyed great service. I appreciate their cheaper prices compared to local distributors on the other side of the world. I have found their customer service to always be efficient and helpful. And the discreet packaging is a nice touch too. I'd recommend this site to anyone who appreciates quality poppers :)

I ordered, a month later, no delivery. They were very good following up, but when they sent again (to Australia) and it still didn't arrive, they refused to give me any tracking number or the name of the courier service they use. So I wasted $60. Then they just stopped replying to messages. Pointless and really sad after so many years of good service. They need tracking numbers!

I had ordered from this company and it was taking past the said time to get my order and when I emailed to find out why It took a bit for them to get back to me and when they did It went into my trash unnoticed.
After it was pointed out to me what had happened I ended up getting my order sent out.
When all is said and done I received what I had ordered and was satisfied with the product so would like to change my rating to a 5 star.
This company is not a scam and I would have no problem in ordering from them in the future.

I have to say i had done quite a lot of online shopping with various shops and I have had some very good and some very bad experiences. My experience with powerpoppers was good (not very, but good)

PACAKING IS DISCREET and that is big thing for me
delivery quite slow

So the only thing really to complain over is the shipping time - 2 weeks! So my second order is being shipped Monday and i will see if they have sorted it out. Got a discount so i am happy to continue to buy..

These guys are the best at providing the correct goods and for giving a quality service.....not only competitive on cost but also totally professional and helpful with any communication you may have with them.....they are for sure my only choice for buying poppers and i've started to tell others about their web site.....also, if you are in the UK then you will know how sub standard the poppers are since the powers that be regulated everything....these guys poppers are the real deal and actually cost no more than the rubbish you can buy in the stores at home....have fun guys, Steve in the UK....redcrop on line

At first i was nervous as i was a new customer. My emails got answered straight away with helpful information. Considering i ordered before bank holiday it was still a speedy delivery i recomend these guys to all my friends. I will be sure to order from these guys in the future thank you :)

I've been using these guys for years, and for the first time a recent order failed to arrive. They confirmed that there had been problems with some orders sent out, and re-sent the order, with a few extra thrown in, without quibble. These guys value their customers!

This vendor has a very good selection and decent prices for genuine Jungle Juice (NOT the counterfeit ones made in the USA). Excellent prices. Delivery to USA was very fast. I will be buying from them again

After trying many different company's and sites I have found this one to be the best for both value and the product itself. These sure are import strength and nothing like what you can buy over the counter or from other sites in the UK. I now solely use this site and no others, deliveries are quick and discrete and packaged well. Customer services are excellent too, they reply quickly to any queries or changes that you request.

I've used this site for a few years now and have nothing but good experiences. Poppers have ALWAYS arrived, and only once did they take the full 14 days for delivery, which is the outer limit of their allowable time.
Communication has always been fast and friendly and I consider this site to be one of the most efficient, honest and friendly on the net.

I've ordered from this company a few times and I've never been dissapointed, they deliver really quickly for international orders and their prices are extremely reasonable. They have a great range of products too, I usually buy my favourite brands though but I'm always up for trying new items as i know this company only stocks the best products. I would highly recommend this site.

i read on some people saying it was a scam site, after i payed and waited a few days for item

That drove me to contact the site and spoke by email to JEN and TOM
whom assured me its on its way and to wait a few more day

Item arrived as stated, shipping did feel as it it was very slow
But once i received the item i realised it was shipped from Canada. hence why it took long to arrive to the UK
for some reason i assumed the company was in europe hence why i was concerned how slow the shipping was taking

But now i can assure anyone on here that the site is LEGIT, nothing to worry about guys

only advice i would give is, if you are worried about shipping times, just order a week in advance before you would of normally brought item
Other than that, i see no reason for concern as i have received item as described

NOT A FAKE ITEM, i bought AMSTERDAM ONES , for those who want to know

Anyway that is my experience with powerpoppers

I have ordered from this company twice now - First time package did not arrive after 10 days for local delivery but they were swift to answer my query (within an hour) by email and package arrived 2 days later. Second time I ordered on 5 March and email confirmed shipped on 6 March. To date it has not arrived and I have had no response from 2 emails over the last 3 days! Company is obviously badly managed as its down to luck whether you will get the package in time or at all! Seems they cant keep up with amount of orders and management is a mess. Basically its a gamble ordering with this company!

Ordered from this company on March 11th, according to company dispatched on March 12th to UK. Company cannot or would not provide details of transit number or delivery company. As of March 19th, the order has not arrived. Customer Service is extremely poor and I am convinced this is a Fraudulent company, who writes its own fraudulent positive reviews on TrustPilot. PLEASE! PLEASE do not order or you are most likely throwing your money away. Trading Standards states' Any company who will not provide delivery Reference or details of delivery company should be treated with suspicion'

Surprised to see that powerpoppers have such a low score and some bitchy remarks. As I ordered from them in the past i was wondering if something changed. Mypackage arrived today like always and the contents were the same like always. i can only say that i will continue to order from these guys as they always deliver a good quality product and the price is fair too. i wish they had an option to buy some big bottles. order about twice a year so would like that choice

Never order from a company that cannot give an actual tracking number for a shipped product. This site will process your card, and then send you a nice email giving you an "order number" and you will never receive the product. They will not provide you a tracking number as proof that the product was actually sent. Look at the customer comments. They are overwhelmingly negative for a reason. I suspect the few positive ones were written by the same person who stole my money.

I ordered three bottles of normal rush to January 9.

But, nothing has been sent yet.

After that, their credit card was been raised is used specification that you do not recognize yourself in to the 8th of this month.
I wonder if careful, there is a possibility that the exploit card information

I have only ordered from Power Poppers twice, having the product shipped to me in the USA. I have received each order in full and timely considering the shipping distances. The second order did not show up in the expected window, but there were severe winter weather delays that caused this. When I contacted Power Poppers to ask about the overdue shipment, Tom replied immediately and began to look into the issue. I don't think I have ever received such swift reply from any other online company that I do business with. Its hard to express how important that is in todays world, and it is greatly appreciated! The product replied the next day. I will continue to do business with PowerPoppers, because customer service is king in my book!

i heard about poppers and it used to be real easy to find them at stores but last year i did not see them. th guy in the store said they stopped selling them but new type would come in a month. so i went online and order some from these guys at powerpopper. same time as well i got some from another store. both packs arrived, powppop was later by a few dayz. By that time I tried this other one. that one was strong but i thought has a real strong chemical scent it was isopropl nitrate. the other one from this Jen at powerpopper was a yellowy liquid which was sweet. i thought it was gonna be less strong...true but lasted longer and was more intense feeling. i wrote to this guy Jen and someone called Tom sent me a coupon. I just placed a new order . I'll update when it arrives, brand i took this time is Amsterdam. Cool service and no hassles. I kept both bottles as I liked them for different reasons
