Bad communication from them I got a kite from them that was in stock so thinking maybe a week or two before it comes as we are in lock down had to chase them to find out where it was only to be told that it's coming and didn't know when I would get it I also ordered a harness that was in stock and have been told it was sent still not arrived so after a month of waiting I ask for my money back for the kite as sick of waiting for it
But still waiting for the harness have to say I get we are in lock down and things are abit harder but just keeping people up to date with things is all it takes without having to chase things up would never buy from these guys again

Good Stuff! Whilst in lockdown, ordered a fun kite to go with our free time.

Ordered at 3pm, got a tracking number 30mins later

Having bad time with power kite shop. Paid for kite listed as in stock and immediate delivery.
Still waiting 10 days later.

Similar experience to other reviews. I ordered my self a kite with delivery. With no update and after many failed efforts to make contact by email and phone, I requested to cancel my order with a full refund. No response but they did refund my order

Rubbish service so far. I ordered a kite for my son's birthday for next day delivery. Nothing. No email, call or text to say my order is being processed or any problems. So far my messages have been totally ignored. Don't believe what you see on the website.

I wasn't entirely sure what I needed to improve my current kitesurfing equipment. I've got very professional and helpful advice that also saved me money. I really appreciate it, thank you.

Great choice of kit here and get the items to me next day in time for my trip away!

Ordered a Mystic Storm Jacket next day delivery on Tuesday. On Friday phoned them up just to find out they didnt send anything because they didnt have any in stock and they just rcieved a new stock and will send it straight away today and I will recieve it Saturday by 12 oclock. Waiting all Saturday.. nothing. Monday had to give them a call and againan they said they will send it next day delivery today. And they did.. to my local shop (1mile away) rather to my house where my girlfriend was waiting all day.. Still good prices but could improve customer service and stop lying about delivery dates.

Didn’t really know exactly what I wanted, so needed friendly and helpful advice and they certainly gave that. Really pleased with the help we got, thank you.

I ordered a woo from powerkiteshop. The payment from my visa card did not go through and they handled that very smoothly, giving me a paypal invoice to pay. However, when I had payed they shipped to the paypal adress and not where I had ordered the product. This is in another country and it made matters pretty tricky to me but once this became a problem they didn't even bother to answer my email.

I ordered a mountainboard on this site because it has the best price. On arrival I discovered that 2 wheels where flat. Sent an email, they responded within an hour or so and would sent me new tires. I also got a confirmation email so there's nothing to complain about.

P.S. The DPD postal service in The Netherlands is shi... not very good.

Happy to finally find an online watersports store that isn't:

a) in German
b) coded by a bunch of monkeys

delivery was free or cheap (can't decide). Also super well packed.

tried to buy kite from Powerkiteshop becuase of good price, have several letters with questions and slow response (once 2-3 days).
when was ready to buy send several emails and got no response more than a week...

Easy to navigate website and managed to get all of my questions answered via email or phone. Orders have always arrived quickly and via a recorded mail or courier service.

Their website claims "24 Hour Delivery on over 95% of orders." but based on my experience I find that nearly impossible to believe. I ordered a helmet that according to the website was in stock and would be dispatched the next day. 4 Days later when I call to check the order has been dispatched I'm told they don't even have the helmet I ordered in stock!!! No phone call or email to let me know. As I needed the helmet for a holiday I had booked I could not wait for them to get more stock so I had to cancel the order, and that will be the last thing I ever order from PowerKiteShop i'm afraid!

Bought a helmet which was delivered very rapidly. Was too small so ordered a larger one which also came very quickly. Refund for first helmet was easy and fast.

Ordered to Greece. Fast delivery, friendly and helpful. Free delivery too so saved me money. Efharisto!

Having ordered kites and spares from various other shops before I was happy to come across Powerkiteshop.
The items were very well wrapped, delivery was next day and the service over the phone was great.
All in all 10 out of 10, and I will use them next time I buy a new kite or harness.

i ordered a go pro from here before chrismas and received no email or information from power kite about the delivery date. I rang to find out if I was going to receive the camera before Christmas to be told that they couldn't guarantee it. We are in January now and still no camera and they never up date you of any information you always have to ring the company they are now saying it could be March but it still States on their website they are in stock never again will I order from here or recommend it to anyone stay away from this company!!!!
