Great customer service with really honest and helpful staff, very highly recommended.

I travelled from Northampton to Derby to have a cambelt and water pump replacement done on my MR2 MK2 SW20 and it was worth every penny. I am always very cautious of where I take my vehicles to have work done, but I hadn’t a doubt in my mind that my car was being looked after here - they were professional, kind and very knowledgable. The price was good, the work was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again guys, I’ll be back soon!

Powehouseturbo was recommended to me and I'm very pleased I took my Landcruiser there. Brian instantly diagnosed and then fixed a problem the Toyota dealer could not and failed to put it right 3 times after it kept going wrong.

My wife's 14 year old Ford Fiesta passed its MOT and had a major service done by the ford dealer 24/05/17. Prior to that we spent about £1800 on things they said needed doing ... which I was dubious about.. However the work was done and although not happy about the cost we bit the bullet and accepted it. When the car was returned home the report sheet said that the air con was not working because there was a leak from the condenser.
I contacted the dealer and was informed it would cost £400 to replace .
we decided that it sounded a bit expensive.
I told a friend about this and he recommended I take my wife's car to see Brian at Powerhouse. my friend said Powerhouse would give me an honest quotation after checking out the problem and would advise on what was needed. This morning 19/06/17 I met my friend at powerhouse and he introduced me to Brian. Brian gave the aircon system a thorough look and ascertained there was a small stone damage but no leak ... he re gassed the aircon system made sure it was working correctly and gave us the good news we did not have to fit a new condenser.
The cost of this was less than a routine aircon re- gassing at the ford dealer.
My wife was over the moon to have her aircon working again.
Powerhouse now has a new customer as the fiesta will now be taken there for routine maintenance and repair... and no doubt all my wife's friends will hear about the experience and excellent service....

I had a very trusty 2008 Toyota Verso bought from new and although it had clocked up over 245000 miles it ran well without any major issues since I bought it. One day the car car drove sluggish and I took it to Toyota who said it might be the fuel pump or something else but would cost over £500 for an initial inspection! My neighbour suggested taking it to KAM garages but that proved worse as I drove the car there but ended up getting it back on a recovery truck because they said it could not be fixed so I should scrap it! By chance the recovery guys from Shaks A1 Recovery services, suggested that I take my car to Powerhouse garage. So with nothing lose I had the Shaks A1 Recovery take it to Powerhouse. I was told that nothing could be certain other than them taking a look at the problem. A couple days later I got a call from Powerhouse to come and collect my car as they got it working and at less than half the price Toyota was charging! I was gobsmacked and extremely happy at what Brian and his team had managed achieve, a miracle in my view! We now have all our 3 cars serviced and taken care of at Powerhouse and trust no one else. My Toyota Verso has a new very happy owner, My Sister!. Brian and his team are excellent in every way and extremely knowledgeable on all makes of cars. I moved to Derby wary of finding a good , honest and trustworthy garage and I have been so fortunate to have found Brian and his team at Powerhouse. Thanks guys and not forgetting Shaks A1 Recovery services for recommending Powerhouse to me as a last ,but worthwhile resort .
