Good product and service

Great website, blinds arrived promptly once they were made, quality and somfy integration worked great

Awful - blinds not working/damaged , uploaded video of issue 2 weeks ago without even a reply...I genuinely think this is a scam and the company are waiting for my 30 day refund right to pass so they don't need to deal with this?
Also ordered a blind recharger, wrong item sent - power adaptor instead - i have uploaded pictures of received item but again....zero reply back in over a week!
I have now had to purchase the correct blind charger via Amazon
This is just completely unacceptable - zero customer service so I have been forced to open a legal case with the ombudsman service to get some sort of resolution
In conclusion: blinds damaged and do not work
Charger I bought, wrong item sent.
Absolutely no response from numerous emails and WhatsApp messages/videos sent.
Truly awful experience
Update - 01/09/2026: Spoke with Siobhan, Customer Services Manager after a number of weeks, who was extremely helpful and professional. She listened to my concerns and resolved the issue quickly and satisfactorily. While my initial experience with both the product and service was poor, I appreciate the eventual effort made to put things right and wanted to update my review.
Hopefully the company's current customer service issues will be addressed and improved going forward with Siobhan's influence.

The ordering process was very easy to navigate and the web site was well organised. I had three queries when fitting my new powered blind (I have 2 others in use already) and Lucy in Customer Services was superb, giving advice and further instructions that enabled me to fix the issues right away. Recommended!

I received my blinds and one was damaged in transit. I telephone Laura in customer services and she arranged for replacement to be made and sent out. Great service. Thank you Laura 🙏

The blinds themselves are fine, not bad price. My only annoyance is that the Somfy motor is hard to integrate into Home Assistant. Works, but it’s not great

Appallingly bad company for customer service.
I ordered 5 blinds, which (to be fair) were produced and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. However, everything after that has been appalling.
Orders for additional items taking a week to be dispatched, then arriving incomplete. Remaining items still not dispatched 5 days after notifying. Wrong brackets being sent, then wrong replacements being sent. No updates provided after being promised. 20-25 minutes on hold.
Ordering from this company (or Blinds Direct, which seems to be the same company) is a huge risk.

Great communication and very helpful- easy online ordering and good value quality products.

I already have Somfy motorised blinds so I knew what to expect.. the fitting is prefect, but was slightly disappointed that this is the old style ( plug in motors) rather than the newer (magnetic) ones.. no biggie though.. the only reason for the 4 stars is the material itself has some creases in it… it may come out but as it’s for a spare room it’s not so bad…

I wanted to order some blinds but their measuring instructions are so confusing and the person on customer services was contradicting things at several points.

Shocking customer service, worst I've seen. Delivered April 4th, but incorrect. Emailed them details, order number, photos, description of the issue. They take average of 4 days just to reply with the dumbest questions that I already told them. "can we have your order number?", err it was in the email as you can clearly see, so I send it again. 4 days later "can you send some photos?", again already sent them, this process continues with stupid and no value delaying emails. 3 weeks later and no progress at all. Still waiting for them to actually read the first email properly. Avoid at all costs.

Bought roller blinds for second bedroom. Designer and black out spec. I don't think they understand black out options.... the designer spec brings the roller blinds 50mm (2") from wall so black out designer specification is just expensive option do not buy it, it's useless.
Bought my first roller blinds from you 7 years ago just basic spec and still works great. But this overpriced option is really huge disappointment.

I am pleased I hadn’t read the reviews about this company before I ordered my blinds because I probably would have gone elsewhere. But as it happens, my blinds arrived on time and exactly as ordered, so I am very happy with my purchase. The only reason that I haven’t given 5 stars is because I phoned a couple of times to ask advice and the telephone answerer seemed rather bored to be speaking with me. Other than that, I am very happy with my blinds.

Sent me the roller blind without the external battery pack. I tried to call, on hold for ages before I gave up. Emailed several times with no reply. Avoid this company!

Missing switch and no contact made back after 4 days

Glad I got fabric samples, this was the right choice. Great material, works well and used the last channel on my multi controller.

Utter crap. I bought two blinds. Both had defects so they got replaced. They send them initially to the wrong address. One of them squeaks like a b*stard so have sent numerous emails and called numerous times with promises to call me back. Now I’m left with a squeaky blind. Utter turd. Would avoid them.
