J ai chargé pour une 1ere fois chez powerdot lievin...un fiasco..
Non seulement je trouve leur prise très lourde et difficile a amener jusqu à la voiture..mais ça encore..
Quand j ai voulu débadger...impossible..j ai voulu retirer la prise avec ma sécurité Fiat 500...impossible ...
Super sous la canicule

J appelle leur assistance...1er appel, la fille me dit qu elle a arrêté la charge..elle me demande de faire des manipulations pour retirer la prise de l auto...mais ça ne fonctionne pas...elle me dit de me servir de mon bouton SOS dans la voiture...bah non..malgré la chaleur j'étais pas encore en mode malaise..😅🌡elle s'excuse ne pouvant rien faire de plus...😡
A mieux y regarder...le temps de charge tourne toujours sur l écran..😡😡😡😡😡j 'appelle à nouveau, je reexplique...et là ça arrête enfin la charge...ouffff mais alors le plus triste c est de remettre la prise sur la borne...c est d un compliqué....
Plus jamais je n irai chez eux...

j ai rechargé mon véhicule sur une borne POWERDOT à l Intermarche d Yzosse dans les Landes, à la fin de ma recharge, j ai passé ma carte RFID mais la borne ne s est pas déconnectée et les 4 clients derrière moi se sont rechargé sur mon compte, jusqu'à ce que powerdot s aperçoive du problème et mette fin à la borne open bar.
Après contact avec leur service client, ils n assument aucune responsabilité et rejettent la faute sur les autres.
Passez votre chemin si vous devez vous recharger sur une borne POWERDOT

2 tentatives sur même borne à 3 mois d’intervalle,2 echecs malgré appel à la hot line qui n’a pas réussi à redémarrer la borne. Je ne pense pas que je ferai une autre tentative, tant pis pour la rentabilité de leur installation (Intermarché cholet 49)

Borne affichée 100 kW, charge réelle bloquée à 35 kW.
C’est trompeur, point.
La recharge offerte derrière ne change rien : j’ai perdu du temps et je n’ai pas eu le service annoncé.
Si c’est 35 kW, dites 35 kW. Le reste, c’est du pipeau.
Très décevant.

Bonjour j ai voulu recharger ma voiture Nissan leaf j'ai donc passé mon badge la borne indique brancher votre véhicule et la plus rien la charge ne se fait pas
J'ai recommencé plusieurs fois et toujours la même chose j'ai abandonné et je suis allé me recharger sur une autre borne concurrente et là pas de soucis
La borne qui n' a pas fonctionné c est sur le parking d intermarché à Berk

Je ne comprends pas la note de powerdot
J’ai rechargé ma voiture électrique à bar le duc et Vitry le François et ce fut exceptionnel

J'ai essayé de recharger 3 fois sur des bornes PowerDot à 3 endroits différents. Je n'ai jamais réussi à recharger sur ces bornes. Soit les prises restent verrouillées sur les bornes, soit la borne ne délivre rien, soit l'écran tactile ne fonctionne pas.
Bref, je ne perdrais plus mon temps à me garer devant une borne PowerDot.

La plupart des bornes Powerdot . Ne délivre absolument pas la puissance indiquée. Sur des bornes de 200 150 kilowattheure, on arrive péniblement à 40. Et si vous avez de la chance, vous montez à 55.

I bought Power Dot after having a stroke. I used it for mobility rehabilitation. I bought one in July 2024 by end September the on/off switch didn’t work. RecoverFit the company I bought Power Dot from did replaced the device for me twice.

I started using it in early October but today 27th May 2025 the device stopped working, the same problem the on/off switch stopped working. I contacted Power Dot to enquire whether they can sell me a new set for special discount price. RecoveryFix confirmed that Power Dot does not have repeat sales price. For £175 it is very expensive having to replace Power Dot every 6 months. I do not recommend this device. Unless they can provide a follow up replacement sales.

I've been a user of Powerdot for over 6 years now. The first purchase was Powerdot 2.0 Duo in Black, the device didn't last as long. One device's button got stuck, and stopped working. They were also many issues with the bluetooth connection. Thought it was just the bad luck. Bought a new pair in red last year, used less than 20 times and one device already broke. The USB port completely decapitated.

Honestly it is definitely not worth the price. Poor quality. There is no support for repairs, etc. Not sustainable and it poorly reflects Therabody's values.

À deux reprises j’ai testé Powerdot.
Facilité a recharger mais aucune application à télécharger, uniquement un QR code à flasher, redirection sur un site web… ceci n’inspire pas confiance.
Recharge rapide et bornes qualitatives…mais tarif exorbitant!!!

I have the PowerDot 2.0 works great, App good, but then I needed replacement pads, and it all goes so wrong pads are £15 and Therabody have a set postage of £15 this is an envelope size package, was told twice for free postage you need to Spend £99, but I don’t want too, I just need pads, apparently nothing they can do, maybe put this on the item description and then watch how many you don’t sale, there are better products like this in the UK and priced sensibly

I’ve bought more than 10 of these because when they work they really work. However, the hardware is ridiculously fragile, the app doesn’t work which means you can’t use the hardware when you need it and the customer support is terrible. Such a pity for a product with so much potential…if it worked…

Powerdot Duo 2.0. Only had it for 3 years, probably only used it 20 times. Besides the fact that the pads don't last long and are expensive to purchase extras, the machine itself is way overpriced for the quality. The button stuck on one of the two devices, now it's not working at all. Can't get a replacement part and warranty was only one year for a $500 machine. Will definitely not purchase again, it sure was not worth the money. Extremely upset and disappointed. Gone are the days when a company is willing to fix a part.

Button broke on powerdot ,no customer service or repair service. For the price total waste of money. Customer support is non existent.

Good product by support is terrible.
I have had PowerDot for a couple of years. They work great and initially when I had some problems support was great however that seems to have completely changed.
I had a simple problem that I referred to support via their app and I was just told as the PowerDot was out of warranty there was nothing they could do. I wasn’t asking for the items to be replaced just some advice.
Avoid them

Tried to get replacement dots, contacted customer service, still waiting for a response 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service. Would never have invested in the product had I known you can't get replacement dots.

I share the experience with most reviews here. Ordered replacements pads two weeks ago and did not recieve anything even though the website says 2-3 days. Shipping should be from Rotterdam. Using normal post-nl this takes max 2 days. Have not recieved any update from service regarding delays and no answers on mails I have send.

We hit a few hiccups with the delivery, and have to exchange a few emails back and forth. But to be fair they were quick to respond and make things right. A 4 stars only cause things could have gone smoother. Product wise, it works and has what it says on the box. Let's see how it works!
