I had issues with customs and after about 18 emails exchanges i received a full refund for my order. I appreciate the correction.

Very happy with the delivery and the products.

Thought there was a problem with my order but it wasn’t.
The order was shipped on time and ready for pick up.
The customer service responded on time and send me the tracking link so I needed to modify my review and give them 5 stars.

Two weeks since my order. Still waiting for it. No news from support. UPS never got the package.

Edit: Snuzyn made the necessary in order to get my delivery very fast. Therefore I must change my review. I’d like to thank the support as well for the gift.

Good but order was incomplete and informed/ mailed but no response. Price is in avg a bit higher.

Buying online from Snuzyn is the way to go compared to buying from your local retailer! My local retailers charge $8, $9, even $10 dollars a can in the US. The website is easy to navigate and buying with US dollars was simple. It shipped right to my door.

They also give a discount for your order if you hold Zyncoin, the cryptocurrency. You get your discount code through a website called pouchconnect if you do hold Zyncoin. (I’d recommend it) the discounts are amazing! And it works flawlessly at checkout!

i ordered a 10 pack of citrus zyns i placed the order and never got a email confirmation or text so i emailed there support. VERY fast response and help they fixed the error i could see my order and everything very helpful. i emailed again asking if i can make 1 change and got a response in less than 10 minutes will be purchasing from them again!

Got my order perfect and excited to try some new flavours unavailable to my region.
