If you are a small business

If you are a small business, I would watch out for your balances in postpony. If you ship with FedEx, they can charge you more money after your package has been shipped. I had a surcharge that was 1.5 times of what it would cost me to just go straight to UPS or a FedEx location to ship it at retail shipping cost. How can postpony charge first for discounted shipping, which was taken out of my account, then come back and say that the surcharge is almost 2x of the shipping cost? I am currently waiting on post pony to get back to me. I demanded them to do an investigation. I would love to know if there is more people out there as I am sure there is because this is the second time I was charge crazy so called surcharge fees.

PostPony is my first choice

I did a lot of international shipments, and PostPony is my first choice because it have competitive price and reliable service. All my package were delivered on time, no lost no damage.

I like postpony

I like postpony, It helps me save money. It has the same service as Usps, UPS and Fedex, but better price, easy to print out labels. I recommended it.

Recommend postpony

We have been using the service for around half a year, which has helped us to improve customer service in some way. Hope they will be better and better in 2018! Thanks!

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam! I created a label with them and my package was never shipped out. When I asked for a refund they never deal with it but keep telling me that they'll talk to someone else. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Best way to send your package

Best way to send your package! Postpony offers really good prices over other retails and it works perfectly fine! Also, the people there are all very nice and they'd like to help you anytime with all kinds of problem.
