Excellent service and staff is very helpful and friendly

Went in for a refund, with my receipt as the person yesterday said if it didnt work i coukd get a refund. They proceeded to tell me that i needed to buy more things to make it work. Walked off to talk to a different customer leaving me little choice but to pay more to get another peoduct to make things work. And then took the receipt, so i cant return anything now if it still doesnt work. Oh, & they have a card surcharge that they dont advertise - 10%.

Took phone to repair, they caused more damage to the point a new phone was needed, but while they had possession of the phone they unlawful used our google accounts to write themselves and other stores 5 star reviews saying how good they are.

Not knowing much about smart watches i was convinced to buy a samsung 2 active watch which I was told was suppose to be an excellent watch only to find out once i went to set it up the operating system was no longer in use and was unable to ever be updated, i took it back and they told me they had "no idea" that the watch was obsolete, they then told me they would upgrade it to a watch 7 for $50 more, I was already feeling like I was ripped off but thought I had no choice, when I went to pick it up i questioned why it wasnt in a sealed samsung box, i was told i they had ordered an ex display watch 7 to replace the new in sealed box active 2 and said "they told me at the time" it would be a ex display watch THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT IT WOULD BE A EX DISPLAY WATCH AT ANY TIME, I asked for my money back and was told they couldnt do that and i had to take the watch, first time to charge took all night i had to recharge the next night it took 5 hrs to charge and watch got so hot it shuts down, my son eventually.realised it had a active 2 charger, after going back they gave me a different charger, this one did only take 2 hrs to recharge but it was still getting really hot, I found out they had given me a 5watt charger a samsung 7 needs a 15watt charger went back again with this information including written proof from Samsung itneeded a 15wt charger and was assured they would order me a 15w samsung charger when I went to pick it up it was once again an 5w active 2 charger
Had to write a letter to the store with a template from accc stating it was not of sufficent quality and I wanted my money back or I would go to. Consumer affairs, went back in about 5 days later and they finally agreed to refund me, do not buy watches from pop phones and be careful even buying a phone from there i felt like I was deceived

Disgusting experience all they want is money and refuse to refund even on faulty items. Disgusting business and rude as hell team members. Nice until they got what they want and then disregard you like trash

Don't use them as a pick -up point for your Click and Collect. Incompetent

Absolutely disgusted with POP phones and their salespeople. Overselling mobile phones to the elderly who have never used a molbile phone or even know what the internet is! A 92+ year old was convinced to buy an overpriced $300 'Oppo' phone for $500, with a '5-year prepaid plan' ended up with -$3,000 payment! There's no such thing as a 5 year Prepaid! Without any paperwork or details about data usage, topup amounts, and just a vague promise of 'unlimited' calls and texts. People who are elderly and barely understand how to use a phone let alone a smart phone (they can't even turn it on or off, let alone make phone calls), and are now stuck with a device and service they will never use! WARNING: ** THIS COMPANY IS PREYING ON THE ELDERLY! ** Avoid them at all costs!
