An awful experience (crooks actually ) . After 4 years I thought I would write a review and let's just say I'm foing to Turkey to get them done properly, well I have now actually been . I paid polish my smile £5500 , and around 4 years later I'm paying again . However the customer service was night and day compared to Polish my smile and so is the work I have had done . I had to go back to Polish my smile after 4 months because the work they done was already broken and I had an absess , why wasn't this picked up on the x-ray ? . I went over and lost my tooth very poor . Then when I got to the airport to return home the taxi driver called Chris said I owed him £60 for airport transfers which you can get for £7.50 with an uber ! . And the transfer to the dentist . Paul was an absolute crook and at this point I realised I would never use them again . Terrible company go to Turkey I used a company called altradent in antalya and they have been excellent.

Kind dentist but no english spoken resulting in yellow veneers , a straightening splint which snapped after a week and a 3 tooth bridge over a rotton tooth,4000£ so 18 mths later i am in turkey havng everything removed and re done.

First visit.....

Dr Bartaz Gil has always talked me through the different options of treatment & showed great patience doing so!
I feel so lucky I decided on this dental practice for my dental tourism!

I had....
High tech scans,
Undesirable teeth removed and one was surgically taken out,
One shattered tooth filled & rebuilt to an awesome standard,
One implant inserted into jaw bone.

Price was £1,284

Second Visit I had......
High tech scans,
Teeth whitening on both jaws
Another tooth filled/rebuilt,
Three implants inserted into jaw bone,
I also payed for implant crown to fit into implant insert I received on my first visit.

The price was £2859

I'm surprised of the savings because I know for a fact in UK its very expensive!
I would expect to pay AT LEAST double the price in UK

To put it into comparison the price payed for ALL my second stage of treatment is roughly the cost of one implant insert & implant crown in my UK dentist!

The reason I picked Poland for my private dental treatment is because my NHS dentist recommended Poland is the place to go for high standard dentistry at a reasonable price!
I just fell lucky because I picked this dentist off the internet!❤

Airport pickups & taxis to & fro clinic is inclusive in the price!
I return in about four months for next stage of treatment!
These people are really patient/professional & I can't state how much they organise everything!

Third visit....
I had my tooth implant fitted & Dr Gill takes so much care on making sure the bite is perfect by putting strips on implant & instructing me to bite down on it until he is satisfied the bite is perfect (this man is a real professional)
I also had 3 x-rays on my implant inserts to make sure they are correctly lined up in jaw bone!
I also had an anasetic for two of my teeth ground down & temporarily capped.
The reason for the bridge & not an implant in that area was my jaw the bone had deteriated too much for the implant to be sturdy so I opted for a bridge!
Dr Gill also took all the indentations for the three implant crowns & the bridge that I payed up front for!
I have to return in about 6 weeks to have the implants crowns & bridge fitted!
The price was £3217 & that covers the entirety of my remaining treatment!

My treatment has been complicated because shape of Jaw bone & my personal requirements that to date has been done to a very high standard!
Hence I had to attend more visits than most people would!

So my total bill for all the work has been....
£7360 & I am well happy!

I know it sounds a lot but if I went for this sort of private dental treatment in the UK I would be looking at between 15 & 16 GRAND!

I saved this money through giving up smoking years ago & I couldn't have spent it in any better way!

Like I said one more visit but its all payed for now!

I couldn't be able to praise or recommend this dental practice enough!

I was really nervous about this to start with but I was picked up outside airport by taxi!
I was taken to the hotel I had booked for me! (I payed for hotel when I arrived but a great hotel at a very reasonable price)
Then the taxi driver picks me up for appointments & takes me back to hotel after!
I assume the taxi fees go on your bill but you save so much compared to UK prices one does not notice!
The surgery itself is so clean & modern with all the most advanced equipment!
Friendly staff & really professional!
Dr Gills a real nice man, really knows his job & speaks good English!
My filling was done by a female dentist in the clinic but I didn't ask her name!
The filling was white & really top quality (much better than the ones they do in the UK!
I also had my implant insert drilled into my jaw bone by Mr Gill!
I have to return in 3 months for more treatment!
I assure you these people are real professional & a lot cheaper than private treatment in the UK.
I'm going back to UK tomorrow a very happy man!

I would like to thank Paul, Barthoz and all other the other people involved in making my visit such a pleasant experience. Airport pick up and drop off was faultless, Apartment was excellent , Taxi to and from the surgery was also good. My treatment was unable to take place unfortunately due to a sinus problem, but I was delighted that this was highlighted and basically Dr Barthoz refused to carry out any procedure and take my money in case there were any problem's further down the line due to the sinus issue. Although I was dissapointed I felt that his honesty in not just carrying on with the procedure and hoping for the best showed how professional he is. I would certainly recommend using Polish My Smile based on the experience i have had with them so far and I will be returning for my treatment as soon as my sinus problem is sorted. Had 6 crowns and some other work done. Dr Magda and team were fantastic. Very happy with the result.

Paul and Piotr were also of great help in terms of guiding me through the process and arranging things.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and ideally situated in the center of Krakow.

Would 100% recommend based on price and the quality of the work.

Overall, my PAINLESS EXPERIENCED, going through with procedure of my teeth implant, I was and truly Iam happy. The service from start to finish was formed with sincerity and honesty from Paul Kolman up to Dr. Bartosz Gil and all his staff in the clinic. Obviously, my implants, took few months than we expected, but the way it was all handled by the staff in the clinic, with kindness, attentiveness and professionally, was so self assuring for me.
Dr. Bartosz Gil, was so brilliant. He demonstrated such kindness, understanding, patience and thoroughness that made me feel so at ease during my treatment. His professionalism and very caring approached that he even happy to go above and beyond just to make sure I was happy with what I was having done on my teeth and also did extra things to make sure that my teeth were going to stay healthy long term. I truly recommend Dr. Bartosz Gil for his such an impeccable worked on my teeth implants and he deserved a sincere recognition and all his staff .
Once again, I would like to say " Sincere Thank You" to Paul Kolman...for the "excellent service" start from the Airport picked up, dropped off to clinic and returned, the Taxi drivers were so efficient and helpful. last but not the least .. our apartment was so clean, comfortable and so closed to all amenities city centre. I have made numerous trips to Krakow. All of which have been expertly co-ordinated by Polish My Smile; taxis, accommodation and treatment.

I had some major treatment undertaken by the clinic, cosmetic work that I wouldn’t have had done by a clinic in the UK due to cost. However, various unknown aspects of using Polish My Smile did, initially, cause me some concerns. Specifically, the areas concerning quality of workmanship, cleanliness of the clinic and equipment, the quality of veneer/crown used and their response to “after care”, should something go wrong with the treatment.

I decided to have the advertised dental holiday to answer some of the questions. On arrival at Krakow I was met at the airport and taken to the apartment. The next morning, collected and taken to the clinic (Polish My Smile). On arriving at the clinic, Dr Gil was stood waiting my arrival, from that point on the whole experience was first class. ‘from the being listened to’ about what I longed for - to having xrays and photographs taken. In all it was an excellent service. On concluding my appointment, Dr Gil suggested another idea that was worth considering, he explained it fully and it sounded ideal. So, I left the clinic with 2 printouts explaining what treatment would be done (to each and every tooth), and how much it would cost (in Polish Zloty), and how many visits (and length of visit) I would need to make to complete the treatment. Allowing me to mull over the options. At no point was I pressed or cajoled into having to commit to treatment.

Decision made I went and had the complete treatment done, I was delighted with the end result. However, over the next 8 months I had to return to the clinic 3 times as I was encountering problems with the treatment. In all of these trips Dr Gil and the staff were excellent, nothing was too much bother and they continued to offer advice resulting in me going from Option 2 back to Option 1. Again, I am delighted with the result and it was all done at no cost to me.
In all my dealings with Polish My Smile I have been handled with absolute professionalism and courtesy. This includes behind the scenes sorting administration, bookings etc through to treatment.

I can only say that Polish My Smile was an inspirational decision by me and that I would highly recommend them to you and can say that, from my personal experience, the quality of workmanship, quality of veneer/crown and standard of after care are all second to none.

Having just returned from Krakow after treatment I can say that i'm actually looking forward to going back for the next stage.
Collected from airport, taken to clinic, consultation, and then 2 days of treatment with return to hotel by taxi in between: no hassle or issues. Clinic thoroughly modern, spankingly clean and neat with tech that I've not seen in UK dentists.
I was seen, and then had my first procedure by the surgeon. Root extraction then prep for further treatment for implant. Didn't feel a thing. Dr. Bart and his team are great, plans and treatment explained using latest x-ray and 3D scan technology. Next day had root canals expertly done on other tooth.
From initial contact to airport drop off, can't fault the service.

I HAD A BRIDGE REPLACED TWO YEARS AGO IT CAME LOOSE AFTER EIGHTEEN MONTHS. THE WORK WAS SO POOR IT REQUIRED FOUR TEETH TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE OF THE POOR WORK AND REPLACED WITH IMPLANTS TO SUPPORT A NEW BRIDGE.
A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME , MONEY AND FOUR TEETH.

Before my dental treatment i had 2 loose teeth in the front that it started to become too obvious and embarrassing, for me , i could not smile as i used to as i thought it was showing and i had a dreadful thought that it takes just 1 bite and then it might fall out and i would not be able to afford immediate treatment. as to dental cost in England is quite expensive,
The service i received in Krakow was first class, better to none. right from the airport , the hotel the denist staff the procedures was all explained and there was no hidden charges or information.
When i calculate the whole cost , including flight , accomodation and the trips with the method of treatment it still worth the going to Krakow.

i woud definatly recommend to family and friends infant my daughter would be contacting you soon for some quotes .
