Another massive thumbs down for Polished London!

I ordered a £70 dental capsule from Polished London in May, it arrived a few weeks later (though they advised me of the delay) and then stopped working less than 4 months later. They said they would send a replacement which never arrived and then stopped responding to my emails. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES and a sub-standard product. Avoid this company at all costs!

Only put one star so I could write a review. Do not buy from this company as they do not respond to your email when you have a problem. I have just sent my 3rd email to them fingers crossed that they reply. I bought a Hydro XP Capsule that doesn’t work £69.99 not cheep.Absolutely disgusting after sales customer service.😡

I got the teeth whitening strips, and while I found they stuck on well, I found the whitening paste came out from the strips and just ended up in my mouth. I tried the minimum time and maximum time. Tucked the strips under my teeth and even put them higher in the gum line to try. I found this did not make any difference. I seen a slight difference in colour. I was just left very disappointed.

Bought the expensive teeth whitening kit and used it four times. It has made absolutely no difference to my teeth colour. Do not buy. A complete waste of a considerable amount of money. I bought this from Ragdale hall and will be advising them not to stock the line in future.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Polished London. I've been using their products for over a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The products are great and work almost instantly. I recently ordered 2x new toothbrush heads but only received one in the post. I emailed customer service who got back to me within 48 hours and had another sent out straight away. They were very apologetic and when I received my new parcel, they had sent me another pack of 2 and a free teeth whitening pen with a note apologising again. I can't fault this company at all. Very pleased :)

Wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order. More than two weeks and still no signs of it being despatched. Messaged them 3 times and obv no reply. Super annoyed

Teeth whitening pen absolutely useless - been using for 2 weeks at night and no difference is go as far to say it makes colour worse ! Use the strips all the time and they are brillant so bought these and complete waste of money

Bought the powder and whitening strips. Didn't even need to use the strips after 5days of the powder my teeth are whiter than ever. I'm very fond of fizzy drinks, curry's and tea and the powder removed all stains from these.

I purchased a box containing teeth whitening strips, teeth whitening powder, toothpaste tablets and bamboo toothbrush. I could already see results after a few days! My teeth are naturally quite white, however I have recently neglected them - the products helped me get my teeth to their previous state after just 7 days! Customer service is also brilliant.

Great products highly recommended. I love the strips, whitening powder and mouthwash. I found the strips and powder combined really brightened my teeth and lifted all those tea/coffee stains right off.
The mouthwash is so refreshing and has no burn like regular usual brands. I highly recommend polished London.

Been using this for quite a bit now, started with the strips and got great results! Zero sensitivity and guilt free since its eco friendly, no animal testing and vegan friendly 🙏🏼Have now been using the tray and powder with mouthwash - can't say a bad word about them getting great results!

Got the strips and the gel and light. Used both for 2 weeks. Went from shade 6 to shade 6. Absolutly Useless. Waste of money. Should have known when a company turns reviews on facebook off and bans comments on their videos and ads it's because they dont want people who have used their products telling how rubbish they are.
Used the Crest strips before they are great and you notice results after 1 or 2 strips.
** edit look at how the 2 5* reviews posted above mine have both 2 5 star reviews of the same 2 companies. Nice try polished-London.
