Singapore’s traffic police is a disgrace to the nation!
How hugely disappointing to note that the Singapore traffic police is so incredibly unprofessional, pitifully poor at communication & apathetic when it comes to making it easy for people to contact them. I paid online for an extract of my driving license from the Singapore traffic police and duly received a receipt and a note to say that I would receive it within three working days. That was last Monday. It has been 5 full days since I submitted my application. I’ve not only heard nothing from them but when I try to use the phone number that they provide, guess what? It is impossible to get through to the right department. They make sure that they provide every other option except the right one. PS: I wrote to them a couple of days ago to chase up (through their feedback site) but, of course, have received zip by way of reply. The folks that designed their website must either be those who who cannot give a damn about users (or experience) or are simply pathetically incompetent! They need to be purged like a very poor version of artificial stupidity!
