I was impressed with the site and placed an order for the pole I wanted and extra rings. It did take longer than usual to arrive but maybe because Easter fell between the order and delivery.

Nice Pole

Pole arrived. All is good. It's on the wall holding a curtain. I didn't need a fancy pole so happy with this.

When looking for stainless steel…

When looking for stainless steel curtain pole I chose Poles Direct because I gave my pole length required as 300 and paid extra for cut to size at 276 at no point did poles direct say the pole will be two pieces very deceiving still will never deal with you again

Nice on the wall but difficult to install

I ordered a cut down 4 metre curtain pole, which arrived quickly. It came in two halves with a piece of curved metal to join the two halves, I wasn’t expecting that. The join turned out to be an issue, with the connecting metal not holding its shape and the pole separating once up causing my curtains to fall down. I had to put a round drill bit that I had inside the join to help keep its shape. I wouldn’t recommend buying a long curtain pole due to this. If the pole was an extendable pole up to 4m that would have been better.
