the material is so nice the colors same the pictures and the design is so beautiful plus the size is right if u take the right measurements

Great dress! Wore on Eid to match my daughter x fabric is of amazing quality and even the design is just stunning.. I expected a more pink colour the fabric may have been due to photography and lighting in the images xx

Beautiful two piece satin set. I would say size up though as the sizes run a little small .

Great quality clothes, have bought several abayas for my little one which will last quite a while due to sizes. Would be better if the baby section also had similar sizes to older kids from 5years as some designs are quite different.

Rubbish customer service, ordered a dress for my 2 year old daughter which didn’t fit her but then ordered in a different size, would not give me a refund for the dress I returned, will never be buying from this company again! Such rubbish service

I have been buying from podur for a while. I have always liked their clothes but I feel like the quality has reduced down this year. I just bought the kids dress abaya and it shows up bright blue on the pictures but it was very green when I bought it. I bought it specifically as my daughters favorite color is blue so I was disappointed I’m hoping this was a one off

I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of customer service. I purchased a dress to then realise that there was a fault with the stitching. I have been speaking to customer service to resolve the issue, they are slow to respond and are unhelpful in processing my return and eventual refund.

Order looks nothing like the picture material looks totally different cheap and tacky

I bought my soon to be 1 year old the lilac elegance dress. Honestly hands down the best dress I've bought for her so far. I cant fault it at all. The quality, material and design. I think for the price its a bargain. If you have a little girl.. buy the dress.. you won't regret it.

The reason I’m 3 starts it’s because the package wasn’t very appealing, it would have been nice if it come in a nice pouch and not a plastic bag . But I have to say the dresses I order was really nice and amazing finishing

I have ordered 3 Abaya's from here:

1) Cinnamon blooms ordered about 2 years ago was absolutely beautiful! No issues
2) Stone-Beige Embellished Floral Cinch Abaya bought around Sept/Oct 25. The best abaya I own. HOWEVEVER, it came really creased and I gently Steamed it the creases were not coming out and had to make the heat higher which ended up making a hole in my abaya :(
3) Deep Lilac Botanic Embroidered Cinch Abaya. Beautiful Abaya but the strings of the seams are coming out only worn once out. This also had loads of creases.

Conclusion: Honestly this brand has one of the prettiest abayas. I get huge compliments when I do wear any of these abayas. My issue is for the price point (which seems to be increasing every year)quality should be much better and not look damaged especially after one use. Also, it should arrive in a state where its wearable and not have so many creases. The brand should take pride in steaming the clothes before sending. It is really unfortunate as this brand has a lot potential to be amazing. Hope the brand takes on the feedback.

This is now the second time I’ve ordered from this shop. I bought two abayas — one for myself and one for my daughter. I really wanted to give the shop another chance because the products always look absolutely beautiful in the photos, especially the children’s designs. I thought maybe the first time was just bad luck.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed again.

The fabric of both abayas is extremely thin and feels very cheaply made. You can immediately tell by the material that the quality is low — it honestly feels like wearing polyester. It does not feel premium at all. For the price, this is simply not justified.

Another major downside is the return policy. I paid over 60 euros for one abaya including shipping. When I requested a return, I calculated that I would only receive around £34 back. That is almost half of what I paid, which makes returning the item completely pointless. For customers ordering from Europe, this really does not feel fair or customer-friendly. I cannot speak for how it works within the UK, but for international customers it is definitely not worth it.

Overall, the photos look beautiful, but the actual product quality and return conditions do not match the price.

This abaya I wasn’t expecting that material but it is so soft and just falls so beautifully. Love it! It’s so complimentary.

I love Podur. I have ordered from them twice and they did not disappoint. Swift delivery and the item was packaged properly. I like the static pouch bag they put the garment in- a really nice touch and feels special.

Beautiful clothes and amazing quality. Services and experience was great. I received my packages in cute dust bags which was a lovely unique touch. I also did a return which was very straightforward and easy.

I had a great experience shopping with Podur. I bought a hijab bundle and one of the hijabs was out of stock, but they immediately reached out to let me know. They were very responsive and helpful when I asked if I could exchange it for a different colour, and everything was handled smoothly. Their customer service is excellent, and I truly appreciate how attentive they were. Would definitely recommend them!

The money I spent and the quality I get no comparison. Very low quality

Quality of dresses is amazing and true to size as described in the sizing chart. Comfortable to wear and very elegant.

I shop at Podur when I need a modest outfit for special occasions. I have ordered several times and never been disappointed. The customer service is great and sizing options means everyone is catered for. The material is also really good quailty and doesn't need any layering as the material is not see-through. Plus they have options for children that are just the cutest!
