The ordering part, date of receivement and the pricing on the gowns was awesome!! I was disappointed at the shipping process though. My sister and I both ordered our dresses for a wedding seperately and paid seperate shipping charges for each. The reason behind it, hers was going to be shipped out of the country(she lives out of the country) or to another state(where wedding is being held) depending on when it arrived so we wanted to make sure it was shipped out in the same box with whatever protection was inside. To my surprise, she got an email stating her dress was shipped and I didn't. I called to ask where my dress was and they knew it had been shipped but had no idea where or when and didn't have notes in the system detailing what had happened. To my surprise, here comes a package with both my sister and my dress inside. I didn't think it was right for us to both pay seperate shipping but get it shipped together without our consent. Scary situation to call and no one know what happened with my dress and upsetting to know I paid shipping for 2 pacakages and got one.

I had absolutely no issues ordering my bridesmaids dress online from PS bridal. It was the exact dress from the manufacturer. I ordered the rush cut (7 weeks) and it was shipped shortly after. I received the dress in perfect condition and would order from them again.

Clearly I am not a size zero otherwise I would not have been searching plussizebridal.com for my dress. I was specifically looking for a Mori Lee dress that other bridal shops did not have in stock. With one last hope, I contacted and explained my situation to the clerk over the phone. She was so friendly and understanding. She offered to call the designer for me to see if it was in stock for my size. Unfortunately, the dress was not being made but she then explained that another designer was going out of business and all her dresses were deeply discounted. This is not something I expected to hear especially after calling shop after shop. Needless to say, after viewing the dresses that were left from this designer, I found 'the one' (oddly enough, when I began my search, I apparently had marked one of the dresses from her line as a possibility). After confirming all information for the dress, I got the opportunity to speak to one of the owners of this wonderful establishment, who was extremely helpful and had even had it shipped to my home at no extra charge. I greatly appreciate everyone at plussizebridal.com taking that extra step to making sure I found the dress for me. I was really out of hope and all it took was a friendly phone call to make it all happen for me. Thank you!

I recently purchased my bridesmaid dress for a wedding that I am in for this summer. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of my purchase. The dress is exactly what I was imagining! It did take a while for the dress to come in, but was well worth the wait! Will for sure be recommending this website to friends!!!

Personally, I always try to avoid buying online as I am always very nervous as to what is going to arrive in the post! However, I am very happy with the three dresses that arrived to my home on Friday of last week. PS Bridal was highly recommended to me when I was shopping for bridesmais dresses a few months back so I decided to go with it.I will be certainly recommending your company as my goods arrived quicker than I had expected and more importantly without any damage or problems of any kind.

I ordered a dress online on psbridal.com, and I found it 40 dollars cheaper than in town. It gave me a ship date of April 20th, and I received the dress on April 26th. Very pleased to have it arrive on time.

I ordered a rush cut dress and it was on time. I spoke with Jeanette at PSBridal.com and she was very helpful and kept me in the loop when I was nervous. My dress and matching shawl arrived today and it is currently being altered. Thanks for a great communication and service.

I had some questions about products and called instead of ordering online. The man that helped me was very nice and took my order. I received my gown when promissed and was very pleased with the quality.

Loved my experience of buying through PS Bridal. Was better than any other bridal store I walked into. I was treated amazing by Jeanette. She got all of our dresses in on time (they actually showed up early). Then when we had a last minute dress order that we needed to place, she is the only company that would get the dress here in time for the wedding (and again it showed up a few days early).

I will buy all my dresses here from now on!

Shipping is terrible if your in Canada. I paid an extra $120 for 8 week delivery, and it has now been 10 weeks. Called to complain and was told pretty much that im lucky to have it in 8 weeks and that they wouldnt refund the extra money I had put out for shipping because I already got a deal on it?
They neglected to tell me when I ordered that regardless of the day you order(weekday), the order isnt put throught untill friday, which means 8 week delivery means 9. Because they dont prosess it untill the following monday. Yet to recieve my $1100 order, and im getting impatient. I hope the quality is what they claim it to be when I finally get it...

I was worried ordering my bridesmaid dresses from the US as I live in the UK. The payment went through fine, I was able to track my order online, it was dispatched ahead of schedule and turned up at the delivery address with no problems. The dresses where exactly what I wanted, correct size and colour. My Bridesmaids tried on their dresses yesterday and are so happy with them. Services was flawless and would recommend this company to anyone ordering dresses from the UK

I was a little leery about buying a dress online, fearing those horrible scams every bride is warned about. But I took a chance and I am SO glad I did! My dress was PERFECT and even more gorgeous than the pictures.

I had a very positive experience with PSBridal. I completed my order thinking standard shipping would be sufficient however they contacted me right away suggesting that I rush order due to my dress most likely not arriving til the day before the wedding event, which would have been a very bad thing considering alterations. They were very polite and helpful in finding a convenient time to accept rush order payment since I was unable to pay at the moment. Customer service was always helpful and polite and kept me updated with all shipping information and arrival dates and times. I would definitely recommend PSBridal to anyone and would also consider ordering from them if needed in the future.

I ordered the most beautiful gown, when I got it I was so happy with it. The detail , the fabric everything about the dress is beautifully done. I would definately recommend this company to all of my friends. Very affordable and worth every penny spent. The waiting is the longest part, it seems to take forever for you to get your dress, but when I finally did get it ... it was worth every second waiting. Im so happy with the service and product. PSBridal is awesome!!!!

The Alfred Angelo dresses were absolutely beautiful and just exactly as described. We ordered on a "super rush cut" of 3-4 weeks and fortunately gave an earlier date for the wedding as the dresses only arrived on that date! There was a hold up by the manufacturers also British Customs took about a week to clear.
The communications we had with Plussize Bridal were excellent and they were at all times very helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

Being a plus size woman deciding to get married, buying a wedding dress is one of the stressful time during planning. Plus Size Bridal made it easy to find that one perfect dress. They were very helpful when questions needed to be answered. I have already recommended the company to a full of my friends that are in the process of purchasing a formal gown for a wedding and a prom.

I asked them to send my dresses by March 23, 2012 and they arrived in mid April. They charged me for a rush fee for all of the dresses and did not return my phone calls thereafter. As I contacted them initially to inquire about the delivery date, they kept making false promises and extending the date. Up to date, I have not been able to get a hold of someone and have left several messages. I will submit a formal complaint because this is unacceptable!!!! I asked for a rush and paid extra for a reason!

I went to another store that the wedding party was ordering their dresses at and decided to check online for the bridesmaid style dress I wanted to order. I was so happy I did! I saved a lot of money at PSBridal and time. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was so helpful with ordering my exact size, color, and length. I received my order exactly the 5 weeks later that the women told me it would come. I did a rush delivery and it cost me 40$ less then the rush delivery at the other store. The same dress online also cost $60 less. I received my dress exactly as I ordered. I would highly recommend this way of ordering a bridesmaids dress over an overpriced boutique. Also, the other bridesmaids are still waiting for their dresses 8 weeks later from the other store.
