I found it strange that I was sent this review on November 11 2012, my dress was due to ship on December 17th.... but I received it on February 12th 2013.... 8 weeks late. The dress itself is perfect, and it was well packaged, in plastic inside the box.

I was impressed with the savings I made on purchasing my dress from PS bridal (over $2000 saved compared to buying from a local bridal salon here in Australia). I sent many e-mails prior to making the purchase and each one was answered within 24 hours. I felt confident in making my purchase.

The estimated ship date was December 17th 2012. That came and went, and a month passed. I had not heard from PSB so I sent an email. And a week later I sent another, and over the 10 days following that another 3. I eventually called them, at 4am in Australia, due to the time difference. The number would not connect. I tried 3 times. I sent another e-mail threatening to cancel my credit card payment if no one answered my email within 24 hours. The next morning I woke at 4am again, and called and got an answering machine. I called again, and finally got a person.

I was assured that my dress was about to ship that day. That afternoon I finally received a shipping code. The next day I finally got a reply to my 5 emails that simply said "your dress has shipped". No "thanks for waiting", no apology.

I would suggest that PSB realise that brides are under enough stress, and a little communication would go a long way. Just an email to say "your dress is running behind" would have saved much stress on my behalf. It made me particularly nervous that my emails were never returned once I had paid for the dress. I really should not have had to get up at 4am two mornings in a row to chase my dress.

It may be a simple matter for people who live locally to call and ask where their dress is, but no so for people half a world away.

Overall I would use this company again, simply for the massive savings, but order your dress far far in advance in order to save yourself the stress when it is late.

We ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses and they came as promised and are as beautiful as their website says. Would definitely buy from this company again, Also awesome customer service!!!

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and the wedding was postponed due to Hurricane Sandy, so I needed to return the dress. No one would help me, they wouldnt accept returns on the dress. The customer service was terrible for the price I paid - do not purchase from this website!

Would order from them again!

I loved working with PSBridal.com. I got my dress for hundreds less than my local bridal shop was charging. They were friendly and answered all my questions. The dress arrived right on time and it was Beautiful. I can't thank them enough. I didn't think I would be able to afford my dream dress until I came across their site. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Have have a fan for life!

I have purchased 2 orders. The first one was quite sizeable and was excellent customer service. I sent a couple of emails asking questions and I got responses quite quickly. I was very, very impressed with the company. I was very pleased with the sizes and selections carried for the bigger sizes. Much thanks for that.

However, my 2nd order was not as big, just a couple of small items. I had a question regarding the order and sent an email and got no response. Waited a couple of days, (giving a chance in case overly busy) and forwarded the email, still no response. In a few more days I received my order and STILL no response. In fact, to this day, I have still not received a response to my email. And yes, I used the same email address as I did for the first order when I did get a response.

That was very very disappointing to me. My last order that I did went to another company! Customer Service is VERY important and customers concerns should not be ignored and/or deleted. Even if I won't like your answer, an answer is better than nothing. Not good.

I absolutely love the colors and the fit of the dresses. The only thing that was unfortnate was that all the dresses came in to big - whether that be me measuring not right on my behalf - I am happy to say bigger is better than smaller!

Also the customer service I received was absolutely amazing, quick responses and knowledgeable. I even got a price match to one of their competitors website with no "run around" about why they couldn't do it.

Would certainly recommend this business to anyone who wanted to "risk" ordering dresses online - much worth it and got hte dresses at more than half the price off of what was being offered in my local bridal stores.

I was a little nervous about buying my wedding dress online. However, it arrived when it was scheduled to and was the exact dress and size that I had ordered. The tracking number they originally sent me didn't work but they quickly got on that and fixed it so I could track my dress through UPS. Very pleased.

I called in and place an order with a consultant for a bridesmaid dress I saw online. She was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Most places online either didn't have the color I needed, charged over suggested retail for the dress, or charge outrageous shipping prices. Plus Size Bridal had the color I needed, charged less than suggested retail, and had reasonable rush shipping charges. The dress arrived on time and in perfect condition, as promised. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would definitely purchase from Plus SIze Bridal again and recommend them to anyone! Thanks a lot!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding. The dress is exactly the same as those the others were ordering from a boutique, the price was cheaper and my dress arrived several weeks earlier than theirs.

I had to call them for information and they were easy to contact and very helpful on the phone and by email afterwards.

I would recommend to anyone!

I decided in September to get married at the end of October! Just a little stressful - I looked in local bridal shops and was very discouraged as no one had my size and I didn't have time to drive to a big city to find one. I was going to have my gown made, bought fabric and then couldn't find anyone to make it! So I decided I would just make it!! My entire circle convinced me what a bad idea that would be so to spite it all I went online and found plussizebridal.com. I didn't have time to have one made so I went to clearance and there were two dresses both my size and both amazing - I asked the girls at work for their opinions and we all loved them both but there was a clear winner. I called my mom to order it as I didn't have time while at work and didn't want it to be sold - she called and had an amazing conversation with the staff at plussizebridal - they made my life so easy! When I got home I was able to purchase the dress and received notice that is was shipped out the next day.
The shipping took longer than I had expected instead of 10 days it was about 21 days - I admit I wasn't panicking as I had decided to give it until the end of the week and then panic!!!
When I opened the box I was surprised to see the fabric and the beadwork on the stress was gorgeous. I went to an alterationist to have it hemmed and the straps shortened - it was done and pressed and I was so impressed with how it all turned out. I loved the dress and heard so many wonderful compliments on how perfect it was! This was a perfect option for me to feel like a princess on my wedding day - my heartfelt thanks to all!!

it took 4 months to get the dress in the mail. called multiple times without getting a return call.

Were it not for all of the extra charges, i.e., rush delivery, additional charge for size 22, and slow return telephone calls, this purchase would definitely have been a five star.

This was one of the best experiences using an online company. I was a bit nervous ordering my gown sight unseen & not being able to try it on, but it fits perfectly and is beyond beautiful. The staff was so helpful, Jeannette went over & beyond and even shipped the items via USPS, when I told her I was going out of town around my delivery date so that the package could be held at my local post office for me. This has been one of the best experiences of my life. & I'm looking forward to wowing my future husband when he sees me as I walk down the aisle to meet him at the altar! Thanks for helping to make my dreams come true.

Well, I must say I ordered my dress from plussizebridal because they had a cheaper price than other websites. The one thing that I didn't like was that I was charged an extra $35.00 for a rush cut in which meant that I would recieve my dress within eight weeks and I didn't. I ordered my dress August 9th and did not ship until October 15th. Although I was told that the designer was behind in production. As a consumer I didn't think that I should have been charged that $35.00 rush cut if I wasn't going to recieve my dress during the eight weeks it was promised. All and all, please be patient and order your dress well ahead so that you won't have to worry like me.

The staff at Plus Size Bridal could not have been more helpful. Janette gave me hope of getting a dress on very short notice when I was beginning to think it might be impossible. She was well informed, knew her products, and went over and above to work with her vendors to find dresses that I could choose from. I even found a dye-able shoe on another website, and give her the information, and she found the exact shoe and had it dyed to perfectly match my dress.
