Good website, large number of options, good prices and very fast delivery!

Easy website to use and quick delivery

Easy, fast and reliable

Excellent
Fast delivery and quality materials

After placing an order over 2k, delivery a was schedule a week later, a week in advance, I called to check the delivery status and was told it would arrive in the evening. I asked why it was being delivered so late when i ordered a week in advance and needed the delivery in the morning. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the person on the phone responded with, "Do you want me to cancel the whole order?" as if it were a threat. I replied that, of course, you would say that now, knowing I needed the products. I wish they had informed me earlier— I would have cancelled the entire order and never dealt with them again. I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is, but it’s unacceptable to say something like that on the day of delivery. Who do I even complain to, given that it's a family-owned business? It a shame as I was repeat customer.

Very pleased with the service and cost

Fast, friendly service, from info about delivery schedule, to very obliging and precise delivery, just where I wanted it.

A pleasure to deal with from speaking to the speaking to the sales team through to delivery. The delivery driver went above and beyond to deliver our produce into our garden despite many challenges.

Great service every time
Website has everything you need, the next day delivery is extremly handy and very reliable. always delivered by skilled drivers. Nationwide are always the first merchant I go to and normally the only one I need.

Yet another great delivery!!
ordered yesterday delivery today by lunch time, you can't get that from many builders merchants

We placed 2 separate orders for a project. Both arrived when expected and the delivery driver was very accommodating with placement of the load. MOT Type 1 was good quality with high fines percentage, perfect for our project.

Professional and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Brilliant company, Great prices.
Always have what I need, delivered on the day requested. Will always use when needed.

My number one shop every time I need some bits for my house (DIY) these guys always have everything I need and a the best price. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Excellent, quick, correct delivery. Would definitely use again.

very helpfull team - but they need to get the on line payment issue sorted out - if you cant pay online for some reason , there should be a simple way of them taking payment over the phone for that order...
