Ordered from these guys on eBay no problems, ordered from their website a couple of times no problems but this time I ordered a roll of paper on 14thMay, not turned up and emailed them eight days later and no reply!!

Hi, we're very sorry for the poor service you experienced on this occasion, and the lack of an update from us. There has been a production problem with Polypropylene, which was further aggravated by the move of the Canon warehouse, resulting in their being unable to replenish our own stocks. We do hope you're satisfied now.

I called ahead and the lady I spoke with was very helpful, and my order came not the next day as I ordered after 1 but the day after so really quick and it was well packaged so no risk of damage. all round great service thank you.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. I called and spoke to Lisa at 10.30 on Wednesday morning (29/04/26) to ask if they sold the inks for my work plotter. Lisa sent over a link and I ordered 4 rolls paper and all the ink for the plotter. Which was over £100 cheaper than if I had bought from the company that provide me with the plotter. Well I'm WFH on Thursday (30/04/26) and blimey the parcel has been delivered. I only paid for standard delivery. The speed, customer service and pricing is top class. Will definitely recommend to the rest of my company.

First time buyer and user of Neschen Gudy 802 double-sided adhesive sheet.
I’m a beginner at this. So I chose this 802 version because I wanted a less aggressive glueing quality. Thus to enable me to adjust the piece to be stuck down to a precise position. On first testing I was about to adjust but it was very easy to apply too much pressure and result in tearing as I lifted and shifted by mm.
No instructions / advice included with the roll.
