Ordered a jacket on december 3rd
We're now december 19th
No news about the whereabouts of my puffer jacket
I e-mailed them 4 times and still no answer... and judging by the others commenting, seems im not the only one
At this point, i just want my money back
And will stay away from this brand

Terrible customer service. I received my order in two weeks, but I had to go on vacation in the meantime. Consequently, I received the jacket three weeks later, so I can't return it because the manager says it's too late. By the way, the jacket is of terrible quality...

Ich bin seit 20 Jahren Kunde bei Philipp Plein und muss sagen, dass sein Service sich extrem verschlechtert hat und gegenüber der Wertigkeit seiner Produkte völlig unangemessen ist. Telefonisch ist eigentlich nie jemand zu erreichen. Nach wenigen Rufzeichen wird man weggedrückt. Emails werden nicht geantwortet. Die Lieferung erfolgt zum Teil in billigen Papiertüten. Auch bei hochwertigen Artikeln. Anfänglich erhielt man stets einen passenden Karton. Seine Werbung ist aufdringlich und lässt sich nicht abschalten. Lieber Philipp ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass du so deine Kunden behältst.

Ho fatto un ordine il giorno 2.12.2025... oggi 10 .12.2025 chiamo per capire ,mi riferiscono che il mio ordine non può essere spedito perché nn risulta in magazzino, mi riferisce anche di avermi contattato, cosa assolutamente FALSA!!! E INFATTI SOLO OGGI MI DICONO che sarà fatto il rimborso, se non chiamavo sicuramente non avrebbero provveduto! MAI PIÙ ACQUISTERÒ DA QUESTO SITO.

I bought a pair of shoes that I wore twice, and then one of them broke. The metal logo on the outside came off, and when I walk I can feel another piece of metal inside the side of the shoe that is broken and bothers me when I move.

I tried to contact a representative by calling the number listed on the official page, but it wasn’t possible. I also sent two emails, but I didn’t receive any reply.

Die Qualität ist miserabel.
Leider haben die Gefälschten Kleidungsstücke meiner Kollegen eine deutlich bessere Qualität als mein Original.

Einmal bestellt und seither täglicher sms spam.
Einer bitte das abzustellen wurde nicht nach gekommen und nach der anfrage erhalte ich zudem scam anrufe aus den niederlande die sicherlich im zusammenhang mit der anfrage stehen.

Unseriöse unternehmen, ich bereu zutiefst diese marke bestellt zu haben.

Habe die telefonnummer gekündigt.

It was first and last time I get anything’s from them. The quality of 1100£ denim jeans was awful. It’s like 10£ jeans from temu. never ever thinking they are scammer . Don’t waste your money. I was dumb to spend on them. Customer service 0 . Quality 0. Packaging 0. Never ever recommend this brand. If you want spend that much for jeans you can trust anybrand but not them.walk away from them 🤝

Che dire ho acquistato una t shirt da 400 € perfetta

Da un po’ di anni che acquisto su plein outlet e in negozio, approfittando degli sconti, per quanto riguarda le scarpe: ci sono modelli di pessima qualità come ad esempio: sneakers big bang runner, che sono le peggiori scarpe che ho mai avuto, pelle piegata e suola deformata dopo qualche giorno, oltre che una scomodità incredibile.
Mentre altri modelli più nuovi sono più resistenti, ma sempre rigide e scomode.

Felpe e magliette: pessima qualità e si staccano scritte e brillantini dopo un lavaggio a mano.

In conclusione come anche in altri marchi non vale il prezzo che costa, con gli sconti outlet qualcosa di carino ancora si trova.

Mentre Plein Sport è proprio da buttare.

Die spamen mich ohne Ende, keine Chance diesen Mist auszuschalten.
Abgesehen davon, alles, was ich von diesem Brand gekauft habe, habe ich entsorgt. Cheap look, cheap quality, cheap fashion for cheap people from cheap Designer.

Was Plein macht, ist pure Abzocke.
Habe mir im Januar eine Jacke für 500 Euro gekauft. Ende Februar war der Reißverschluss kaputt. Ich rief Plein an und machte meiner Enttäuschung Luft. Statt die Jacke umzutauschen oder neuen Reißverschluss, sagte man mir ich solle mich an Best Secret wenden, wo ich die Jacke gekauft habe. Zum Glück war Best Secret kulant und stimmte einen Umtausch zu. Ich trug die Jacke dann noch 2-3 mal und hing sie in den Schrank. Vorletzte Woche zog ich sie wieder an, nach nur 5-6 Mal tragen war der Reißverschluss erneut kaputt, genauso wie ein Klettteil für den Plein Schriftzug. Die Jacke ist wirklich schön und auch warm aber die Verarbeitung ist extrem schlecht. Eine Schande das man für so viel Geld, so schlechte Qualität erhält. Kein Wunder das Pein Millionär ist. 500€ im Verkauf, 20€ in der Herstellung? Genauso der Kundenservice, nicht wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hoffe das künftige Kunden die schlechten Bewertungen lesen und Plein nicht weiter damit durchkommt.

Never shop this company again. I ordered a jacket they shipped it and got it delayed on top of it FedEx left it outside my house and someone stole it and they won’t do anything. I had to dispute to get my money back. Horrible service. Will never shop again

Incompetenti con la tua indagine di 90 giorni.Cosa farai 90 giorni? Raccoglierai prove per crimini di guerra.Eppure hai un numero svizzero e sede a Lugano, ma di svizzero sembra esserci ben poco.
